Results speak for themselves: I was admitted to my dream school, HBS!

My counselor has been an invaluable sounding board, copy editor and advisor for the past few months. I especially appreciated: her availability on short notice, her tirelessly critical eye on my essays (from version 1 to the final version 54 I submitted) and ability to continue to push me to dig deeper and demonstrate impact. I worked with her on my resume and essays, and interview preparation. She was extremely helpful at helping me articulate my personal and work history, aspirations, goals, etc. and I consider both the money and time spent in the process as well invested.

I would strongly encourage others to work with Inspira Futures - I truly don't think I would have had the same results without their expertise on crafting my application to showcase my story and personality.

Applying to business school is a tiring process, and one that doesn't have a clear beginning. I am sure many people were in the same position as I was; I hadn't gone through an application process in years and needed help figuring out where to begin. Which school applications should I pick up first? When should I begin my interview prep? Inspira Futures was incredibly helpful in finding the answers to these questions, and many others, which made this process seem manageable.

As I reflect back on my experience, the biggest benefit I got from Inspira Futures was that they were not afraid to provide the hard truths. If you want a consultant who works like a "yes-man" than this isn't the group for you; instead Inspira Futures told me when I needed to think of a new approach to an essay, or if I needed to rethink my rationale for applying to a specific school. It was because of Inspira Futures that I truly got in touch with myself and my reasons for applying to B-school; in fact my initial discovery call with Julie was probably one of the most introspective experiences I've had over the past few years.

Having completed the application process, the biggest piece of advice I would offer to anyone thinking about applying to business school (whether they plan to use Inspira Futures or otherwise) is that you need to do what you can to eliminate the confounding factors that could become a reason you do not get admitted to a school. The worst thing you can do is misunderstand an essay question, or not prepare for a key moment in the interview, and then think about that for months afterwards. With Inspira Futures I was able to check all the preparation boxes -- they helped me get to the root of every question and the mock interview I conducted with Gabriel felt like a word for word facsimile of the real deal. I got into INSEAD and CBS.

I would happily recommend Inspira Futuresto any aspiring business school attendees

Alex was the quintessential pillar of support during my applications. I was really struggling to manage with intense work-life and my applications. Alex set deadlines and planned out my journey to ensure we finished the applications well in time. At the same time, when I failed to meet these deadlines, he demonstrated patience and worked to help me push past the finish line.

The other great attribute of Alex that I really appreciate is his ability to give candid feedback. He has a clear line of thinking and communicates his ideas quite clearly. He was surely the much-needed sounding board for my applications! He has a great sense of what works and what doesn't - which is extremely helpful to international applicants like myself who are not familiar with the application process.

With minimal knowledge about the MBA admissions process and a less-than-ideal resume, I knew that an MBA consultant would give me the best chances of getting accepted into my target school. I could not have asked for a better consultant than Kyndall. Kyndall helped me through each step of the application process in a diligent, thoughtful, efficient, and friendly, warm manner.

To begin, she highlighted weak areas of my application and gave me helpful suggestions for ways to beef up those parts and address them in my submission. Kyndall also did an amazing job helping consolidate my thoughts into a coherente video essay that turned out to be far better than I imagined. Usually, when you have an idea in your head about how something will turn out, the reality, unfortunately, is not as great. But with the help of Kyndall, my video essay actually surpassed my expectations!

Kyndall also helped prep me for all of the interview questions I could expect by holding a mock trial with me over the phone despite a ridiculous 9-hour time change as I was/am living outside the U.S. Kyndall's tips, constructive feedback, and words of encouragement truly allowed me to come off the way I had hoped in my interviews despite any nerves I had. Lastly, I had some sensitive areas of my application that I was not sure how to discuss . Kyndall not only was very understanding, but she gave me the best possible advice on how to go forward with those pieces and helped put to rest any doubts or fears I had. Ultimately, Kyndall is a very genuine, insightful, and easy person to get along with and she will help in any way possible to help you craft the best version of yourself in your application and interviews.

Through Kyndall's help was I was accepted to CBS.

I recently heard back from my dream school - Kellogg: an admit to their Full-Time MBA Program with a sizeable scholarship!!! To put this result and Inspira Futures' contribution to it into perspective: I succeeded as a reapplicant, at one of the most selective business schools globally, in an unprecedentedly competitive admissions year and reduced number of seats due to deferrals. It was only due to Inspira that I was able to overcome these impossible odds.

Coming into my second application cycle, having had decent success the first time around (two T15 admits with partial scholarships), I was looking to work with a consultant who could help elevate my applications to the next level for a shot at M7/T10 schools. I spoke to several consultants, most of whom did not seem confident that I could get into an M7/T10 school with my profile. Some were even hesitant to work with me since I already had two admits with scholarships from the previous year, and they perhaps saw more downsides than upsides in this endeavor for them.

After speaking to Inspira for the first time, I immediately knew that I wanted to work with them. What impressed me about them was that they showed great empathy and understanding when listening to my background, experiences, and goals. On top of that, the counselor that I was matched to, his experience reflected his knowledge of what it takes to get into an M7 program.

In terms of school selection, he struck the delicate balance between helping set realistic expectations through his openness and, at the same time, ensuring that I was applying to the schools that I'd really want to attend. In contrast, most consultants will "nudge" you to apply to schools where you have better chances of being admitted so they can keep their records intact. He didn't discourage me from applying even to Stanford and Wharton, which even I knew were extreme-reach schools for me. We also decided to apply to three other M7 programs where I was a reapplicant (most other consultants tried to sway me away from reapplying since it's always a high-risk proposition).

I also liked that he works with a much smaller number of people (usually 3), compared to some of the other full-time consultants who take on 22-25 applicants each round. I knew that this would guarantee that I was getting the personalized attention that I wanted for my applications.

Once we started working, I could see why he has enjoyed such an impressive success as an admissions consultant. Instead of immediately plunging into essay writing and building application packages, He guided me for the first few weeks to dig deeper and helped me articulate a personal brand story that was authentic, unique, and powerful. Once I started writing the essays, I'd always get feedback that led to significant improvements to my drafts without taking the authenticity or uniqueness away, a testament to his exceptional story-telling skills. We went through at least three (and sometimes even up to five) drafts for each of the essays I wrote for the six schools, and I never even once felt that he wasn't 100% committed to improving my essays and resume. He even took the time to review my application forms to ensure that all parts of my app were up to the mark.

On top of that, his project management skills are top-notch. He always responded within the 72-hour turnaround time (and sometimes even earlier) that he had committed when we started working. Thanks to all this, I was able to submit six competitive applications in Round 1, with an admit + scholarship at my dream school as the result.

When I started on my MBA application journey two years ago, I was pretty far from being the ideal candidate. I did not graduate from an ivy league university, I didn't come from a traditional business school industry, and my story was nothing remarkable, or so I thought. Working with my Inspira counselor infused me with a confidence I can't describe. With their guidance and support, I was able to start thinking next-level about my applications, my mission and my future. I will be starting at Yale SOM in the fall full-time program and I couldn't be more proud of the hard work it took to get here!

I am fully confident that I would not be starting at Duke's Fuqua next fall without Allie's partnership. Going through the application process with Allie will totally transform your perception of what a great b-school application looks like. Once you've decided to throw your hat in the ring and apply to a handful of elite MBA programs, you've likely already accomplished quite a lot in your academic and professional career. The key to the application process is standing out in a sea of thousands of very qualified applicants. I cannot recommend Allie highly enough in that regard.

My background includes 3.5 years working in media strategy at an advertising agency (not exactly the picture of a typical applicant), and my stats were decent but certainly weren't going to blow anyone away at top-tier programs. I worked with Allie on a multi-school package through Inspira Futures. Allie's expertise coupled with Inspira Future's resources creates a dynamic combination. Not long after the initial deep dive into my personal attributes and background, I felt Allie knew me as a candidate even better than I knew myself - and it showed. She was able to highlight the experiences that would translate the best for each unique essay topic, and helped me mold a holistic picture of my candidacy throughout each application. I'll admit, I usually felt pretty good about my first draft essays, but once Allie got her hands on them she was able to push me further than I thought possible in terms of illustrating exactly why I would thrive at each school and beyond. Like I said - she'll transform your perception of what constitutes a great application. Beyond her knowledge of how to enhance the components of the application packet, Allie was a great partner, motivator, and coach through the daunting process. She challenged me in a manner that was always constructive, while building my confidence in my own candidacy. All in all, every time I hit the "submit" button, or walked out of an interview, I didn't have to wonder if I'd put forward the best representation of myself because Allie had prepared me to excel in every aspect of the application.

From the very beginning my interactions my counselor from Inspira Futures were very fruitful. Far before writing essays, he helped me explore my short and long term goals. He also helped me see the contributions that I could make to each MBA program, and discover some of my stories that would later prove to be invaluable when writing my essays. He was always very supportive, even during the tough period of studying for the GMAT. He was always able to jump on a call when my morale was low.

During the essay writing process, he was key to achieving an impeccable standard in all my essays. He provided detailed feedback on each essay, helping me to write stories with coherent messages, always sharp and straight to the point. What mattered most to me is that Court always respected the essence of my story, something that I appreciated deeply. He remained available for calls when I needed feedback or was uninspired.

When I was called for interviews, he gave me excellent tips to prepare myself, and provided me with very actionable feedback after our mock interview. I ended up being accepted into four programs, two of which were my top choices.

I believe that working with him made an incredible difference in my overall process. He was very supportive from the beginning and encouraged me to deliver the best applications possible. If I had to do this process again, I would choose Court in the blink of an eye.

I hired Gabriel after I spoke to a few consultants, some of them even suggested me to not apply with 3 years of work experience. However, Gabriel took on the challenge to help me build my story. He spent a considerable amount of time getting to know me and then drafting the story with me. He was extremely honest (a MUST quality in a consultant). He helped me optimize my school selection process, pushed me to give GMAT again to improve my score, and helped me get into LBS, INSEAD and Oxford! I would definitely recommend him for the MBA application journey.

I was in a little bit of a time crunch to have my documents ready for Round 1 deadlines, and my consultant launched into action immediately after I signed up. The project tracker shared with me showed me precisely when we'd work on documents, so everything was ready by the deadline.

I was very thankful to have Inspira Futures as an admissions consultant. My consultant did a great job walking me through the admissions process quickly and efficiently - she helped me come up with a great personal narrative and come up with a nice strategy for recommendation letters. I was applying R2 to Booth and Haas, and I was glad to have a structured framework of "what to do when" - for example, when to start refining each of my essays and when to reach out to my recommenders.

I would definitely recommend Inspira Futures - they did a great job overall, very responsive and quick on email questions, and clearly very passionate about helping students put together compelling stories about themselves! I got accepted to both of my schools.

I knew a lot of people worked with consultants for their application to business schools. I thought, of course, it would be useful, but wasn't entirely sure it was as necessary to have one.

After working with the team at Inspira Futures, I learnt how important it is to work with someone who has done this before and knows the ins and outs of applying to business schools. There were numerous things that I had never considered and that he pointed out, helping me boost my application. I am doing a career switch, so mine was not an easy application, but my consultant took the challenge and helped me research potential opportunities and try to find the best field for me. He also carried out a super complete initial strengths and weaknesses analysis that was the starting point of our work together.

It was a pleasure to work with him for a number of reasons. He provided really constructive feedback that made me substantially improve my resume and my essays. He was also very straightforward, candid and never hesitated in telling me the weaknesses he saw and how we could improve them. This is another quality of him that I really appreciated, as these kind of comments were the ones that made me re-think certain ideas or points until I was satisfied with them.

I was pretty demanding with him and asked tons of questions, e-mailed him at any time of the day, even weekends, and always asked for his feedback. He was extremely patient and not one e-mail or question ever went unanswered and it was always in a super timely manner. At first I thought of doing an hourly package, but I'm lucky I did not - I could have never fit all the work I did with him in an hourly package.

Finally, getting feedback from school specialists and a final review from a former admissions director was absolutely valuable too. After working for months with your Head Consultant, it is very useful to receive feedback from an outsider as they always provide fresh comments and ideas. Oh and yeah I got into HBS..:)

I'm matriculating at Wharton this Fall. The Inspira Futures Coaching experience for the mock TBD provided me with a clear competitive advantage going into the interview.

Since I started the application process a little later in the season - having messed up the GMAT and needed to retake it - both Gabriel and Allan were fully booked (if I were to apply again from scratch, it would be with Inspira Futures, no other admission consulting service even comes close!) However, on being invited to interview at Wharton - I reached out again, to try my luck at getting a mock interview with either Gabriel or Allan - and I'm glad I did.

The mock TBD experience was seamlessly handled through a multi-person video chat. Allan shared expert tips and offered thoughtful advice before the mock interview started. He even brought on a current Wharton student to provide an insider perspective. During the interview, Allan observed each interviewee's participation and offered candid feedback to the group as a whole, and individual feedback for each of us. The best part was that the feedback was actionable - and could be immediately put into practice. Allan also helped walk through some scenarios and anticipate directions in which the actual TBD could go in.

The experience took the edge off the nervousness that usually accompanies an interview. I had a really clear game-plan stepping into Huntsman Hall at Wharton for the actual TBD. Once the interview started, the prep. with Inspira Futures really began to pay off - someone else on my team had the exact same pitch as I did - but thanks to Allan anticipating such a case - I was able to pivot and add details that the other person had overlooked. The result - an extremely smooth TBD, which led to an admit from Wharton.

To conclude, I'd say, shop around consulting firms if you *really* want to, but Inspira Future's offerings are light-years ahead of the rest of the pack.

Changing careers at any point in your life is a BIG step, but I'm happy I had Inspira's guidance to help me through the MBA application process. My consultant answered all my questions about what top schools are looking for and how I could tailor my documents to share what my acceptance would bring to the class. Getting into the Haas School of Business will help me move from engineering to my next venture!

When I first completed my consultation with Julie at Inspira Futures, it was clear that I still had a great deal to discover about myself and my professional aspirations.

At the time, I had only a vague understanding of my career goals as well as what schools I wanted to apply to. But that uncertainty soon changed.
I was paired with the perfect consultant on the Inspira team because she had familial ties to the military and picked up very quickly on the terminology and lifestyle I was preparing to depart. She worked extensively with me by first getting a better understanding of who I am at my core in order to shed a humble and encouraging light on the skills I bring to an MBA program. Doing so also greatly enhanced my ability to develop a narrative of my life thus far and materialize a clear trajectory of where I want to be 10 years from now.

Beyond the clear benefits that Inspira Futures provided to improve my applications, I also genuinely enjoyed our conversations together. It never once felt like just a hired service, but a friend I could lean on to help tackle some major life decisions. If you too feel like you are shakey about how to approach your MBA applications or still trying to grasp the "why" behind doing so, Inspira Futures is a must.

Had an excellent experience working with Samantha and with Inspira futures! I was pretty skeptical of admissions consultants when I reached out, but my initial chat with Julie at Inspira and correspondence made me feel way less pressured than I did in speaking to larger firms that were just trying to upsell me some package that I didn't really need (had been waitlisted year before so was at least close to understanding what to do). My cosultant, Samantha, was very warm and delivered feedback in a constructive, optimistic way that made it easy to take her advice! Very glad to have gone to a small firm that clearly cares about its clients! As for Samantha, her feedback as a re-applicant to be less formal and let my personality shine through a bit more, critiques on how to restructure my resume, and the awesome advice on bringing a "hook" to my essay writing all made me feel soooo much more confident this year about the process! Her insider knowledge of what CBS cares about and how to highlight my future contributions to them made this feel like a slam dunk. She was able to draw my attention to things that I would have never thought about in my previous app and I felt like an expert on this process by the time I clicked submit!

Needless to say I got into CBS..:) :)

Applying as an international student isn't easy, so I was happy to receive support from Inspira Futures. While I knew I wanted to go to school in the U.S., their team helped me pick schools that aligned with my interests and explained why they would be a great fit. I was accepted to my first-choice school and couldn't be happier with my MBA journey!

Background: Asian American male, undergrad business school, finance / M&A post-college, 740 GMAT

Just as I started to set out on the daunting bschool process, Margarita immediately put me at ease. I spoke to 4-5 potential coaches, and Margarita stood out to me for coming into that conversation with clear ideas about my candidacy and my story, and she spoke with the authority and experience she has. I just felt like she "got it." As we started formally working together, she continued to wow me.

She was not only instrumental in helping me shape a tight story for my MBA candidacy, but also in providing the "guard rails" for me as I undertook writing my essays, seeming to always know what needed more explanation, what we could cut out, and how my writing would come across in the eyes of adcoms. She was my trusted advisor and 2nd set of eyes on everything, and I felt like I was able to put a TON of trust in her throughout my process.

Throughout it all, Margarita was sharp, responsive, and most of all, genuinely a pleasure to talk to. I left all my phone calls with her at ease and confident in tackling my next essay, resume, etc.

I'll be starting at Kellogg this fall lucky enough to have gotten a sizable scholarship on the merits of my application - something that I have no doubt that Margarita's amazing guidance was instrumental in helping me get.

I couldn't have better things to say about Margarita. I'd happily recommend her to anyone out there about to start their bschool app process. Go Margarita!

Alex was a phenomenal resource, coach, and partner throughout my application, I wouldn't have gotten into Wharton without him. I worked with Alex as a re-applicant, specifically a ding analysis, a Mock TBD, and some ad-hoc coaching hours.

On the application deliverables, Alex had strong recommendations for strategy and positioning. His years of experience showed in the way that we refocused my story from my previous application to the readmitted application that ultimately got me in. His experience was evident when we discussed application round strategy. I received some candid advice from a current AdCom about pushing my applications to R2, however given my fit with Wharton Alex advised against it and I decided to listen to Alex. I don't think I would have been as competitive in R2.

Outside of the deliverables, Alex was the exact type of coach I was looking for. I wanted a coach who was in my corner from day one, and from my first ding analysis, I always felt like Alex genuinely believed I would be a good fit for the Wharton program. He showed that through his very quick replies when I would ask about the letter of recommendation positioning or even just a quick pep talk about getting through the tough application cycle. It always felt that my application mattered to him as much as it did to me.

Ultimately, if you and Alex are the right fit as a client and consultant, there's nobody better to have in your corner. With Alex's help I was admitted to Wharton with a scholarship!

I would highly recommend Inspira Futures as an MBA admissions consulting firm. With their expertise and support, I had the privilege of receiving acceptances from 6 schools, including MIT, Wharton, Booth (with scholarship), Kellogg, Columbia, and Haas in round one!

Prior to working with Inspira Futures, I conducted research online and spoke to various consulting firms. Immediately after an hour-long conversation with Julie, I knew that Inspira Futures was exactly what I was looking for. Julie offered me solid advice on traits I should feature to different schools, insights on various MBA programs, and consultants I could potentially work with. I picked Inspira Futures because I was looking for an experienced, professional consultant with a solid track record.

My consultant and I began our work in June. We first set out schedules of the list of items needed to be completed for each school. Inspira Futures prepared abundant online content for me to review, including writing techniques and school research, enabling me to be well-prepared for essay writing and weekly discussion with my consultant. As my past experiences were not all related, he proposed creative ideas on how I could connect my experiences and tie them to my short-and long-term goals. In addition, he was an excellent writer who knew exactly how I could best tailor my essays to different schools. With his dedication and fast turnaround (within 48 hours), I was able to complete 8 applications in just one round!

The interview portion was relatively easy, as most of my responses were extracted from my application. Inspira Futures offered a group interview preparation for my Wharton interview, allowing me to practice in a setting that resembled the actual interview. He could not have been more helpful along the way; he was always responsive to my questions and concerns and was able to provide constructive feedback.

I am extremely thankful for the support I received from Inspira Futures team throughout the process! They gave me a lot of courage to pursue an MBA at a top-tier school. You can't go wrong working with Inspira Futures!
