I was introduced to Inspira Futures through a friend who used them through his admissions process (who matriculated at Sloan). Although moderately reluctant to spend money on something I could possibly do on my own, I realized that an MBA admissions consultant could be very helpful - not to mention, it seemed that >70% of applicants who matriculated at a brand name school used a consultant.

As such, I began researching various MBA admissions consulting firms and speaking with my friends who used them. Although some of them did seem happy with their experience, I estimated that about 2/3rd were either 1) woefully unimpressed with the work 2) felt ripped off 3) did not get into a top school 4) were given a guarantee of admission that amounted to worthless. With this information at hand, I quickly moved to secure Inspira Futures' services.

What differentiates Inspira Futures from everyone else is that they are incredibly creative, incredibly knowledgeable, wonderful listeners (they remember absolutely everything) incredibly disciplined, and intensely focused on crafting a compelling narrative. My undergraduate school was impressive, my GPA was not, and my leadership background was not particularly interesting - however, my counselor was able to help me craft an incredibly, fascinating story to tell the admissions committee. Even more importantly, he was able to help me better understand/determine what I want to do with my life.

In summary, getting into a top notch MBA school is very hard - there are hundreds of other people just like you and I with similar GMAT, GPA, and leadership experiences. The key (that I reluctantly learned) is that you must separate yourself from the rest of the pack by crafting a compelling narrative - at which Inspira Futures is second to none. I highly recommend Inspira Futures - so much so that I referred my younger brother to them (he is now matriculating at Kellogg). Inspira Futures is absolutely, unequivocally worth every penny.

Jaime is absolutely amazing, the best of the very best! No words can really describe how thrilled I am about our work together and the awesome results, but I will do my best. Not only did I get into the school of my dreams (and others I applied to), but also learned a lot about myself and what future life- and career choices I should pursue.

Coming from a finance background, and with some considerable weaknesses in profile, I knew I was up for an intense competition but wanted to get into a top program (think Harvard/Stanford/Wharton). Given my age and professional category, I didn't want to leave anything to chance or have a single regret. For this, I needed THE best MBA admissions consultant, who would work as hard as I would and help me create absolutely rock-star applications. You have to have full confidence in your admissions consultant and in entrusting your fate in this process in her- or his hands. You can't compromise on quality here - the process is just so competitive. You need someone who is as invested as you are in your success.

I first came across Jaime, and Inspira Futures while doing a thorough diligence and speaking to several consultants. His application philosophy, and the organized and comprehensive Inspira Futures application process, appealed to me a lot. Most of the consultants out there looked good on paper, and sounded encouraging. However, among all of them, Jaime really stood out by his unique background in both business (incl. Harvard Business School MBA) and creative writing training.

Excellent track record and reviews written by his former clients, and a great impression from our introductory conversation (where he shared valuable insights and we connected on an interpersonal level), ultimately convinced me to embark on my MBA application journey with him. I signed on for a multi-school comprehensive package. This was the single best decision I made in the MBA application process!

As said, I had (very) high expectations, which Jaime instantly started exceeding. We spent weeks doing an extremely organized and comprehensive review of my background (in line with Inspira Futures methodology) and designing application strategy, which produced stunning material for the real fun later - essays, application forms, supporting recommenders, and interviews. Right away, I saw that I made a great choice. Jaime was extraordinarily responsive (still don't know how he manages to turn stuff around and answer emails so quickly and so thoroughly!). He drew exactly the right information from me - often stuff I would not have considered important, but through his creative and experienced eyes, he saw how the dots connected into something powerful. From an ocean of content, step by step, week after week, we described the real me at my very best. It was completely personalized - nothing cookie cutter or fitting into a template. He got to know me inside out, remembered everything, pointed to connections and themes I didn't see myself, and in the end I knew what my story had to be.

It quickly turned out Jaime is not (just) an MBA admissions consultant or advisor. Jaime became way more than this - a confidante, a strategist, and really a friend. He was there to help on anything, and no matter what - incl. GMAT strategy and answering my last-minute frenetic emails at light's speed. Already at that stage the Zoom calls we had and emails we exchanged counted probably in hundreds, and their content could fill a new thick novel or memoir on MBA applications. Jaime keeps you on track with timing and process, sends emails reminding of upcoming deadlines, and I can't even count how many times he rescued me by squeezing rush (and voluminous) work in his schedule to save. Whenever I needed something extra, he was there to help by making personal sacrifices and squeezing work into my mad schedule and deadlines. In fact, he over delivers both on timing and on quality. Working with him, you're fully confident you're with the best pilot and on a seat in the “private jet. And I really, really admire his superhuman patience, kindness, and authentic friendliness!

What happened once we started work on the actual applications was simply a masterpiece. I had read reviews from excited clients about Jaime creative writing knowledge, and what I experienced first-hand was way greater than I had even expected. Having survived MANY revisions of outlines and first drafts (again - immense kudos to his incredible patience; you can tell by reading this review that I like to say it all...), we started producing applications, which evolved from decent in my first draft to extraordinary (after Jaime's editorial suggestions and our countless Zoom discussions). Whenever I thought my work was already great, and felt satisfied, Jaime proved it could be taken to the next level. When I opened a file coming back from him, I couldn't help but say wow. We never stopped until it was all perfect. And this applies to absolutely all items of my MBA application - essays, data forms, resume, guidance for my recommenders', and absolutely every, tiniest detail. Upon submission, my applications were holistic, school-specific (Jaime knows the nuanced differences between schools) and presented an authentic 3-dimensional picture that I felt very proud of. At the interview stage, his help was just as fantastic, and the preparation equally brilliant. The call(s) from AdCom saying I was accepted are the ultimate proof!

It's not only the quality Jaime guarantees, and the outstanding output which results from working with him, that makes him so special. It's also the attitude, and the 1000

I owe Inspira Futures, a lot when it comes to knowing how to shape my application and convey my story into the right words for each school I applied to. I ended up getting into a dream program, even with so-so GMAT scores, an average undergraduate GPA, and under 4 years of working experience. I signed up for the 4-school package and am proud to say I'm attending Columbia Business School this Fall!

My consultant was always available to talk through email, phone, or zoom even though we had a 3 hour coastal difference (California to NC). She had a good, upbeat attitude and always had something constructive to say from the initial application process to the mock interviewing. I was even waitlisted and she gave me sound advice throughout the lengthy waitlist process. I would definitely recommend Inspira Futures!

I was initially torn on whether or not to even hire an admissions consultant for my application process. The service seemed to be overpriced, and many of the consultants I screened before Arush did nothing to convince me otherwise. Once I got on the phone with Arush, my opinion changed completely. Based only on a small handful of biographical questions, Arush was able to connect several seemingly disparate parts of my background and tie them all together into a coherent and powerful story. This type of brilliance became commonplace over the six months Arush and I worked together. I got into Booth and it has been an amazing journey throughout with Inspira

I want to strongly recommend Inspira Futures. Though I hired them only on for 3 school package, I found their advice to be very impactful and have very high bang-for-the-buck. My consultant did a great job pushing me to articulate my rationale for why MBA and to get more specific about what attracts me to a specific school, while providing thoughtful suggestions. These were the weak points of my application and he zeroed in on them and worked with me to close the gaps. He took the time to understood my background and goals and worked closely with me on all of my essays. He went above and beyond: he got on the phone and spent extra time with me when he didn't have to to make sure my essays were of high quality, and performed miraculous edits on a super-tight 24-hour deadline in the thick of R2 applications. He was also direct and honest. My first drafts were terrible and he wasn't afraid to call that out and push me to improve them.

I got into all but one school that I applied to (Wharton, Columbia, and Booth), including my top choice school. The only place I was rejected from was HBS and that was a real long shot because of my age and profile.

As a separate point, I am a reapplicant. I used another admissions consultant from a major well-reviewed firm last time around and I can unequivocally say that my experience with Inspira was far superior vis-a-vis both quality of service and admissions outcomes, even though I spent significantly less time working with him.

I could not have asked for a better experience working with Alec and Inspira Futures. Before starting each application I scheduled a phone call with Alec to review my ideas for the essays and ended each call with a clear path forward. After drafting the essays and sending over to Alec I received thoughtful and helpful feedback within 48 hours which helped me keep moving my MBA applications forward. Working with Alec on essays and with his colleagues on interview prep was incredibly helpful. I ended up being admitted to my top choice M7 program with a large merit fellowship and am so glad I chose to work with Inspira Futures throughout this process.

I was recently accepted into every school I applied to (HBS, GSB, Wharton). While I had a good background (750+ on GMAT, 3.6+ GPA from good non-ivy undergrad school, several years at a VC firm), there is no way, at all, I would have had such a great outcome without Raquel working with me every step of the journey.

Let's start with how I got connected with Raquel. She came highly recommended by 2 friends who had used her and both of whom were accepted into HBS. When I spoke with Raquel for the first time (prior to me even taking the GMAT), she was generous with her time and unbelievably candid. She told me, very clearly, what she thought my strengths and weaknesses were, and I appreciated that. Three weeks after our initial conversation, I notified her that I was just promoted and would not be applying to business school. She was genuinely happy for me and let me know that if I wanted to apply in the future, she would gladly work with me (so long as I gave her advance notice).

Fast forward a year: I decided I indeed wanted to apply to business school. I was happy with my job, but had still taken the GMAT toward the end of the year and scored well, so I wanted to apply to the top schools and see how things played out. When I notified Raquel, she excitedly welcomed me into her group of students -- and then immediately put me to work.

Raquel pushed me more than I would have ever imagined. She provided me a rigorous yet clear schedule/timeline of work, asked deep questions, made me work my butt off, and candidly critiqued every single piece of work I put in front of her. While many consultants do all of the above, there is one moment to me -- which I'll never forget -- that I think truly captures who Raquel is and why she is above and beyond all other consultants.

While I was writing my Stanford essay, I started speaking with Stanford alums about the prompt. I decided to write two completely separate essays that went in 2 wildly different directions. One essay Raquel loved; the other essay I loved, and the Stanford alums all agreed with me. But Raquel would not give in: she was super confident that the essay she was a fan of was the "right" choice because the essay shared more about me while the other one I liked just focused on Stanford. While in hindsight it is so obvious that she was right, I was very against her thoughts in the moment. Instead of her simply giving in, she did something that is the definition of going above and beyond: without even telling me, she blindly shared my two essays with 5 other consults at her company and asked for their thoughts. Every single one sided with her. When she told me she had done that and presented me with the evidence, I was floored. I went with the essay she felt strongly about, and the rest is history.

That is just one example that stands out. Overall, Raquel was unbelievable to work with. She cares deeply, is willing to make time, and will be (sometimes painfully) candid. But that last piece is super important -- because you need to know how to play to your strengths in this process, and Raquel does just that.

If it's not obvious at this point, I couldn't give Raquel a stronger recommendation. I'd work with her 12 times out of 10 and will (and already have) recommended her to close friends, and family.

I believe that any good consultant can work with a strong candidate (great GPA, GMAT score, extracurriculars, etc.) and produce a winning application, but it takes a truly exceptional consultant to work with a candidate that has major application weaknesses (aka me, very low GPA, few extracurriculars, no quant classes in college, etc.) and create not just a strong application but one that results in an admittance. That exceptional consulting firm is Inspira Futures.

My consultant is patient and thoughtful and will diligently review every aspect of who you are as a person so that she can craft a cohesive and realistic story with her incredible creative ability. She is honest and direct when you come to her with questions, and she is supportive and understanding you just need someone to be your rock during this stressful process.

There are a million things I could write about Inspira Futures, but what it all comes down to is this: Inspira Futures is your partner. They are your partner every step of the way and she will be there with you at the very end to celebrate. I could not have gotten into business school without her: the story might have been mine, but the presentation was hers and I am truly honored to have worked with Inspira Futures.

I applied to HBS and GSB round 1 and was incredibly excited to be admitted to both schools. While I was a competitive candidate (Ivy undergrad, 760+ GMAT, upper middle market private equity), I could not have achieved such an awesome outcome on my own; I owe Raquel big time for continuously pushing me throughout my journey and for helping position my applications for success.

I was connected with Raquel through a friend and former co-worker who had worked with her the previous year, and I was warned in advance that while Raquel was awesome and welcoming, she would not hesitate to push me and tell hard truths if necessary. One of the very first things Raquel suggested (even before I formally decided to hire her) was that I retake the GMAT, even though I already had been sitting on a score I was excited about for 3 years with no intention of re-taking the test. Raquel could easily have told me what I wanted to hear in hopes of getting me to sign up, but I was remarkably impressed by her honestly when it came to my candidacy, and I became very excited to work with her on my applications.

I recognized immediately how thoughtful Raquel was, and she spent an incredible amount of time getting to know me and my personal story through the brainstorming process. She was genuinely interested in (and seemed to enjoy) learning more about me, and this allowed her to make thoughtful suggestions on how to weave my story and personal anecdotes into my applications and essays. She constantly pushed me to dig deeper and reflect more; when she didn't like parts of my work, she did not hesitate to tell me, but most importantly she did so in a constructive way and never failed to be both my support and motivation. I never would have pushed myself as hard as she pushed me, and ultimately I could not be happier with both the work I submitted and with the ultimate results.

Raquel's work did not stop with my essays - she was incredibly helpful in selecting and prepping my recommenders, preparing for my interviews, and even helping me think through my school decision after I was admitted. Raquel was always one of my biggest supporters, and I cannot recommend her highly enough!

I had the pleasure of working with Grace for my deferred MBA applications.

From the very start, Grace was extremely realistic and candid about my chances at the schools I was targeting, which I appreciated. Before working on the essays and the bulk of the application, I liked how Grace spent time strategizing our approach, getting me to put thoughts on paper, and really getting to know me (beyond just my resume / activities / profile). I would look forward to my calls with her, and within a few weeks I felt like I was conversing with someone I would consider more than just a coach or mentor. Her guidance is what allowed me to come up with a story that captured the essence of who I am, and her warm personality made the (long) process of figuring that out enjoyable.

Grace and her team work on EACH and EVERY aspect of the application, whether that be selecting recommenders, proofreading the final application, or preparing you for the interview. It was very easy to bounce ideas off her and get her advice for somewhat unrelated stuff as well; e.g. she helped me out with some of my job-related stuff, because she cared about me beyond my applications.

Everything worked out splendidly in the end, and I got an acceptance from Booth! This definitely would not have been possible without Grace. I cannot recommend Alice and Inspira Futures highly enough!

Allan remained a highly reliable resource throughout my MBA application process. This was exemplified by him not only responding to nearly all of my requests within 24 hours, but also constantly thinking on my behalf. Specifically, Allan was very good at identifying my uniqueness among all the other well-qualified applicants in the financial service industry, and helped me brainstorm ideas and eventually construct a highly compelling, personal story. I was also impressed every time when he came back with revised versions of my essays, which were succinct and to-the-point. I ended up receiving offers from my top choices, Wharton, Columbia and Tuck. Allan was definitely one of the biggest contributors to this pleasant outcome.

I was first introduced to Inspira Futures through the MBA Tour. It wasn't until nearly three years later that I decided I wanted to apply to business school. As a female living in NYC with 4+ years of work experience and a decent GRE score (I did not use GMAT scores) I felt as though I was a good business school applicant but definitely wanted help in shaping my story and putting together the best possible application - this is where Inspira Futures came in!

From the very beginning, even before I came up with a list of schools or even looked at the application, I was given work to help me fully understand why I wanted to go to business school and what my goals were. At Inspira Futures you work most closely with one advisor but every piece of work you put together - introspection, outlines, application - goes through multiple views and proofreads. From a comprehensive timeline of when each piece was due to my advisor to interview prep and every little question in between, having a team there to answer my questions and give me peace of mind was invaluable.

Although I do not yet know where exactly I will be attending school next fall, I have already been accepted to GSB and I know I could not have done it without the entire Inspira Futures team!

When I first started my MBA admissions process, I was struggling with where to start and how to craft my story. As I started workin with Inspira Futures was able to connect pieces of my experience together in ways I had never thought of before, and that kicked off a fantastic process and relationship. With their help, I was admitted to Haas, Kellogg, Columbia, and MIT Sloan.

With each essay review, I felt pushed to get more in touch with myself, completely heard and supported, and like I was in a true partnership throughout the process. They gave the best constructive feedback, and really spent the time to learn about me. I knew after our consultation phone call that this was the right choice and I would recommend anyone looking for a truly personalized and supportive MBA application experience to contact Inspira Futures!

I had reached out to Inspira Futures for a free consultation regarding my MBA application. I had only ~2 months to turnaround all these applications so I needed someone with great experience, empathy, and focus.

Within just 3 sessions of working with my counselor, I had a solid MBA goals and introspection strategy with a revised resume and a 1st draft of one essay done. Her introspection strategy extracted valuable insights from even the most miniscule experiences/interactions with colleagues and friends and was the basis of many of my essays.

She also knew where my application weak points were and effectively helped me use the optional essay to address those points. She was prompt and EXTREMELY thorough in her feedback which comes from her experience in sitting on the admissions panel of a top business school. She greatly improved my technical writing while challenging me to go deeper into individual school offerings and how they would aid my career development.

In addition to essays, she also reviewed my recommendation strategy and gave great feedback to my recommenders on how to be more specific to highlight my profile. I felt confident going into the interview, but she elevated my interview structure and responses to the next level.

In the end, with applications to 4 T-10 schools, 3 -T15 schools, and 2-T-20 schools, I am glad to say I got acceptances Kellogg, Fuqua, Tuck, and Marshall and I will be matriculating at Tuck (with merit scholarship) this fall!

I purchased the four school comprehensive package from Inspria Futures and worked over a period 6 months to complete my applications. I talked to various MBA consultants prior to choosing Inspria Futures and what stood out to me the most about Inspria Futures, was their genuine desire to see applicants succeed and personable touch.

My consultant was instrumental in helping me navigate the business school application process from beginning to end. From the start, she went the extra mile to get to know me as an applicant and help me craft a unique story in my application. We started by framing my story and went through several revisions of essays to make sure they were perfect by submission. When I received my interview invites, she conducted several mock interviews to make sure I was prepped and ready.

Throughout this process, she was extremely supportive and really helped me stay calm during this rather stressful period. After months of preparation and guidance from her, I was admitted to NYU Stern (my #1 choice!) and I know I would not have been able to accomplish this goal with her by my side. I highly recommend working with Inspria Futures!

I worked with Inspira Futures on a HSW applications. Initially, I thought I would be lucky to end up at one of the 'competitive' schools since I had lower-than-average GMAT and GPA for almost all the schools. Instead, I was accepted to Stanford GSB (my top choice)!! I even got some money from GSB! In retrospect, investing my time and money with Inspira Futures was a no-brainer.

My team at Inspira spent a ton of time helping to craft my story in a way that played to my strengths. We must have worked through at least 8 edits for each essay. It was a ton of work, but I enjoyed that she wouldn't tell me exactly how to write my story and always asked me to dig a bit deeper into each edit. So, each time I would work on an edit, it seemed like I learned a bit more about myself and absolutely helped me reflect on my career path in a way I wouldn't have otherwise. Looking back, I can tell that my writing and story-telling skills improved a whole bunch after working on my applications with Inspira Futures!

I highly recommend working with Inspira Futures -- you won't regret it!

I worked with Gabriel on an hourly basis (5hr package) and applied to three schools with his help - Oxford Said (decline), UT Austin McCombs (admit with scholarship), and Northwestern Kellogg (waitlisted and then accepted!!!).

My stats: female, brand marketing, 7yrs work experience with 2yr managerial experience, low GRE score, English undergrad degree with limited quant experience.

Gabriel was incredible to work with. He let me drive my own process given our limited time together, but wasn't shy about highlighting specific areas for focus based on my profile and needs. In the beginning, I needed some help in narrowing my school selection and he was straightforward and honest about the schools I should be targeting based on my goals and stats. He helped me craft my essays by reviewing drafts and was very specific with feedback. Once I applied his feedback to one essay, I learned how to do the rest on my own - and found myself asking, "What would Gabriel say about this structure?" He also helped prepare me for my interviews by picking up on specific stories I had mentioned and helping me spin them to answer a variety of questions. I was so excited to see how great of a handle he got on my experience and goals in such a short timeframe.

In terms of working with Inspira Futures on the whole, their prep materials are phenomenal. I got a lot out of the brainstorming document, and know I'll continue to reference my "stories" for job interviews in the future. Their school-specific guides were also detailed and helpful when I wasn't able to tap into my hours with Gabriel.

I can't recommend Gabriel enough. He has an infectious enthusiasm and is truly an expert at what he does! We immediately developed a rapport and I feel like he was incredibly invested in my journey even though I was only an hourly client. If you are looking for a truly invested "coach" through this arduous process, Gabriel is definitely your guy.

As an international candidate with an ordinary profile, I had never thought I could ace my way to a top business school. But, Marina made it happened. I am accepted to Stanford GSB - my dream school. Her help and support played a vital part in my success. She was very patient going with me through my ten pages of idea generation. When it came to essay editing, she kept my voice genuine and helped connect all my discrete pieces of information into a beautiful mosaic. I especially appreciate her response pattern; she always went ahead deadlines. And that gave me a lot of opportunities to revise my essays more times. She was so dedicated that she even responded to my just-sent email a few minutes before she was on a plane for her very important and personal event. I just felt so sorry for waiting until last minutes and then made that request as an emergency for her. Hollis also painstakingly guided me on how to enhance my application by utilizing my strengths - my experience, my personal background, and my story, and mitigating my weaknesses, low GPA, low TOEFL score, and lack of international exposure. Under her guidance, each of my application was tailored in a very unique way that can yield me the best chance to get in each specific school. An interviewer from a school that I was admitted in especially liked a detail that Marina recommended me to use as my selling point for that school. I would definitely choose to work with Inspira Futures should I again go through the process. Her thoughtful advice and her super dedicated maneuvers make her source you can always trust.

As someone who was looking to transition careers post MBA and with just over 2 years of work experience at the time of application ( not to mention the fact that I belong to the most competitive application pool ), I knew I needed help to differentiate myself and present the best version of myself to the adcom.

After much research and many free profile evaluations with several agencies, the call with Julie at Inspira was a breath of fresh air. I was looking for someone that really understood me as a person and my motivation for this degree and could help me build an application around that. Inspira Futures was the perfect match. My career path post-MBA is fueled by my passion for a particular industry that isn't a tradition one for business school. Still, Julie was able to help me understand how I could channel that passion to create the perfect B-school application. Even during our free consultation, we spoke for over an hour ( was supposed to be a free 30-min consultation ) and she gave me some great feedback.

I think the Inspira Futures system of working with one consultant full time and then getting a second pair of eyes in the form of former adcom member to provide fresh perspective/feedback is excellent. I worked with an Inspira Futures consultant on my applications and he made the entire process so much easier. He tells it like it is and is incredibly patient from start to finish. As someone who was introspecting through the process, I found that immensely helpful. He encouraged me take my time with the essays ( I started the application process fairly early ) in order to get my content just right. Even when it sometimes took over 20 revisions to get my essays right, he would never lose patience with me and made sure the essay was exactly that, just right. His ability to take every sentence and transform it into impactful text made a huge difference in every essay. Additionally, I was particularly impressed with the finesse that I was able to gain on my resume with his help ( Nailed a few job interviews with this too! ). I distinctly remember sitting down to compare the first draft of my resume and the final version and the difference was remarkable.

My process was certainly not straight forward and I received a ding in R1 from a top 4 school. He was extremely supportive in making sure my head didn't drop and reassured me that I was a strong candidate and that I would definitely get the call I deserved. It didn't take long for that call to arrive! I got admitted to Wharton and I could not be happier! Wharton was a dream school for me and to matriculate there next year is a dream come true. Safe to say, I would not be in this position if it wasn't for Inspira Futures.

You guys are the best!
