My admissions consultant at Inspira Futures was a fantastic resource and cannot recommend her enough! I worked with her on an hourly basis since I decided to use a consultant relatively late in the process (I had already written first drafts of all of the essays). She was tremendously helpful in helping me refine my story and ensuring that every word of each essay and my resume supported that story.

Her feedback was always constructive and relevant and reflected a high level of detail despite me being an hourly client. Furthermore, she is extremely professional: she initiated an introductory phone call to discuss my goals, accommodated my timelines, clearly communicated how much time each request would take, and never tried to upsell me. She also following up with me throughout the interview process and offered support and tips. Thanks to her I got into 3 of the 4 Top 10 schools I applied to (including my dream school - Wharton) and was awarded one full merit-based scholarship!

After our initial call with Inspira Futures, it was clear that I had a long way to go in creating a coherent story to tell across applications; the brainstorming and ideation exercises provided by Inspira Futures really helped me to bring forward the strongest elements in my background to deploy across schools and essays.

All that said, I think the personal dynamics really make or break this kind of relationship, and this is where my counselor really shone. He certainly passes the good guy test, and - as I had judged from our initial call - was consistently supportive and easy to work with, while always challenging and looking to improve the final product. Most importantly, I never once felt like I had anything less than his full attention and commitment to my application - I might as well have been the only project he was working on. This was especially important given the short timeline we were working with - and frankly, time management was another primary reason I had engaged a consultant in the first place.

Nothing but good vibes and kudos for Inspira Futures. I applied to 4 schools, was accepted into 2, and ultimately selected MIT Sloan because of the school's strength in tech and entrepreneurship. A year ago, the mere thought of getting accepted into a Top 5 was a pipe dream and yet here I am. Inspira Futures was absolutely instrumental in my application process - no doubt I wouldn't have had such success without their coaching.

I was referred to Inspira Futures through my work colleague who had been worked with them and was accepted into a couple of top business schools the previous year. Before enlisting with Inspira Futures, I held a few introductory calls with other b-school consultants. From my initial calls, it was evident that Inspira Futures had just the right amount of realism and idealism. I felt that this approach really fit me. I never liked hearing that I could do anything but also didn't appreciate people who saw me as anything less.

I started working with my consultant in August and since I intended on applying Round 1, I was already fairly late to the process. The application process is brutal and time-consuming but with the right coaching and advice, it can be strangely insightful. In many ways, the process acts as a professional life check. Looking back, I would say the numerous hours of conversations I've had with him helped me truly understand what I wanted to do with my career. I consider him to be a good friend and life coach. I've been fortunate to work with him and would absolutely recommend his coaching.

Investing in Inspira Futures and their holistic approach to the application process is an investment in 1) admission to a program that is right for you and 2) your subsequent success there (which is to say, VERY important!).

Starting Day 1, Allan gave me invaluable guidance on exactly how to research each target school in a meaningful way - with this research, I painted a 75% picture of what my experience would look like at each program, which removed the uncertainty I felt about whether a program was right for me. The research also provided ample material for my essays, reducing the time it took to produce a usable first draft. His feedback was almost instantaneous - I would send him a draft right before I slept, and the edits were waiting in my inbox the next morning without fail. This made the entire application process extremely efficient and much more enjoyable than I anticipated!

Outside of the application itself, what really sets Allan is how much he cares about you as an individual. Without repeating too much of what other reviewers have mentioned, I can confirm that I truly felt Allan believed in my story (even sending me related news articles for personal interest) and worked hard to ensure my ideas and experiences came through in my essays and interview responses. I have no regrets about any aspect of the applications because everything was authentic - I'm just glad I had Allan on my side to ensure I could tell my story in the most compelling way.

I didn't anticipate getting into more than two schools, but I ended up with acceptances to all my targets and with scholarships. The price tag is higher for Inspira Futures compared to other consultants, but the ROI is unbeatable! I attribute the scholarships entirely to the quality of my applications and interview prep, and I know the quality was due to Allan's constant coaching and support.

As one final proof point, I'm now a first year at Wharton and have checked off half of the items I mentioned in my application essay because I had done the hard research at the beginning of the process. While it's still overwhelming to adjust to all the opportunities available in school, it has been very helpful to know my game plan to stay focused on my goals and take advantage of targeted resources.

It's been a long time coming. This was my second application season, the first time I went on my own and it did not work out as I had expected (hoped actually).

The second season, I signed up with Inspira Futures without a doubt, it was the best decision and investment in the MBA application process.

I have no hesitation in saying that without Inspira's help, I would not have made me into HBS with a scholarship to boot!

Coming from one of the toughest applicant pools -Indian male with an engineering degree and technology experience, I knew it was going to be a tough application season. And as if that wasn't enough, my age certainly wasn't in my favor - I was already over 30 when I applied!

Ultimately, I was accepted to both Booth and Sloan with fellowships. The only regret that I have is that I didn't partner with them on more of my applications!
