Excellent service. Great communication. I was able to send photos of my device to Kwam-iT so they could review my device before I sent it to them and confirm a price. Communication was quick and friendly. Price given was fare and better than several places I had contacted. Payment came through promptly. I'd never traded in an old laptop before and I was nervous of scams etc, but Kwam-iT was excellent and I would highly recommend the company.

An easy to use website and good communication. I took my laptop to the collection point only 12 hours after completing the online application in the hope of receiving the promised 5% additional payment, but for some reason I didn’t get it. I’ve no idea why and I’m quite disappointed. It can’t be anything to do with the condition of the laptop as it was brand new and never even turned on. Real shame.

Paid as much as they quoted, quick payment. Dropping off the parcel was a bit a hassle, since their information is not quite up-to-date. You can only drop it off during weekdays, and I didn’t get the extra 5% early bird either.
