The box I ordered took awhile to arrive and when I sent it off took 4 total days (+2 weekend days) to arrive back at kwam-it.
They offered a 5% early bird for packaging and delivering it quickly before 7th Dec and I delivered to a the nearest Hermes drop-off on the 6th, and I don't know if I received it or not.

Getting the quote - easiest thing in the world. Sending it off - also easy. My criticism is nowhere prior to sending it does it mention to send off the charger along with the laptop and deducts from the quoted amount if not included. Im happy with the convenience of it but I feel let down by the instruction which were otherwise really good.
