Products are high quality, sizes are accurate as described. My complaint is that the return policy is not user friendly, difficult to navigate, requires the buyer to pay return shipping and must take it to the post office to return it. Everything is done via email. Also, no customer service on weekends, thus, we were not able to cancel our Sunday order, even though we attempted to, just an hour after placing the online order.
