The smallest size was way to big for my baby and in 3-4mths when he finally fit into it, it didnt work for him with the hands up near his face it kept him awake every time he turned his head he would knock the dummy out of his mouth then would try suck on his hand. Never feel asleep in it once went back to wrapping him.
