We really like the lighter weight of this as it gets warm out. Our little one is pretty small for his age, so I am surprised the sack is already tight in the middle, but still way too long. Hopefully the middle will continue to stretch as he grows.

Hello Jana - thank you for the review. We are glad to hear that you like the 0.2 TOG Transition Bag. A snug fit is part of the design as it mimics him in in the womb as well as helps contain the startle reflex. Remember that the fabric has stretch to give as well. As long as your little one is not loosing any sleep while using it, he is completely fine.

Perfect for hot environments. We live in northwest australia (the Kimberley) and the .2 tog is perfect. Is taking my now 9 week old a bit of adjusting to get used to this from the traditional swaddles (that he always got his arms out of anyway!) but were getting there and spend about 75% of our asleep time in the swaddle up.

I cant give this swaddle enough stars. Our first child loved the wrap swaddled and was ok with his hands being down by his sides to be tightly wrapped up. When our second came along he HATED that. He wanted his hands by his face. Hed fight the wrap swaddles until he Houdinied his hands up somehow. This swaddle was a life saver. It put my little guys hand exactly where he wanted them. It very easy to get on and off with the zipper. Its super soft as well. Transition out of a swaddle was hard with my first and this swaddle takes the planning out of your hands and helps with gradual steps.

Hello Jaslyn - our Transition Suits as well as Sleep Suits are no longer available in Canada due to federal regulations by Health Canada requiring sleepwear of this type to be treated with fire retardants. Love to Dream made a decision to not treat their fabric with any harsh chemicals such as a fire retardant.
