I got this for my grandson when at 5 weeks he needed the Pavlik Harness. He was using your regular sleep sack until then. I called to see if I could get this one quicker as he wasnt sleeping well without. The customer service was absolutely wonderful and upgraded to priority mail for me. Hello Sharla - when transitioning to a different swaddle that changes the direction of the arms, the little ones may take longer to adjust to the different arm position. The key here is consistency, making sure you are using Swaddle UP both during nap and bed times. Depending on the baby, transitions can take up to a week or so.
