The middle section of this swaddle is way too tight. My daughter is 8 pounds so I got the size small option, yet it claims for 8-13 pounds. She slept in it twice and I bought it during a holiday season so I didn't have time to return within the 14 day policy. I ended up purchasing the SwaddleMe velcro swaddles from target which are adjustable and do not seem to be too tight anywhere on their little bodies - much better in my opinion! Pro to these love to dream swaddles - the material is very soft! Just way too tight.

Hi Ashlin--thanks for your comment. Our Swaddle UP is designed to be snug around the torso to help calm baby's startle reflex, and we don't use velcro which can be loud and cause little ones to wake up during middle of the night diaper changes.

I love love love this sleep suit! Our area get really cold at night and this is just wonderful. It keeps my baby nice and warm and I don’t have to worry about him overheating because I just put a long sleeve onesie under his suit and we’re all ready for bed. Looooove it! My 5.5 month old has transitioned between Love to Dream products and he's loved each and every one of them. He hadn't had success with arms out so I was a little nervous about this, but was hoping the sleeves would ease the transition - it went so smoothly!! It gets pretty chilly in his room and this is so cozy and warm....I want one for myself!

Our baby loves the love to dream sleep suits. He had such trouble sleeping before we found these. He has graduated to the sleep suit now, and loves the warmer cozy 2.5 tog. I like that the feet are grippy for the inevitable pop up in the crib and the crotch is lower to help dissuade climbing (for as long as I can)
