I love my tractor, but Equipment Outlet leaves a lot to be desired. Delivery was a disaster with mistake after mistake and it was extremely difficult to get anyone on the phone.

I recently purchased an LS MT125 from Outdoor Motor Sports & Trailer Sales, and I couldn’t be happier. This tractor is an absolute beast—exceptionally well-built and rugged enough to handle everything I throw at it, yet surprisingly easy to use even for a beginner.
The team at Outdoor Motor Sports made the buying process seamless, but what really stands out is their after-sales support. They’ve been incredibly responsive via email, answering all my technical questions quickly and professionally. It’s rare to find a dealer that cares this much after the check clears. Highly recommended!

since day 1 it was leaking motor oil and took it back they had it for a month and to tell me that the bolts for the motor on a gasket where loss and that they would replace the gasket as soon they would get them in they would replace it and they call me when they receive the parts and they came pick up the tractor just to say that there was no more leak on it and they charged me for a diagnostic $179 and gave me a hard time for me to get it back i had to pay an additional $50 to get it delivered back home Brazos Tractor & Powersports they sure don't have any respect for your LS Tractors

I had trouble with the tractor hydraulics from the start. Eventually the dealer found that a restrictor valve of some sort was installed incorrectly at the factory. In the meantime time I traded it off on another brand of tractor.

my experience with the dealership was Spectacular,, the problem i have is I also own another LS tractor and shortly after I got it I had problems breaking the draft pin, the dealership had no reason for it happening,,,4 times. it was covered under warranty except last two. Also had steering issues , i took it back and they kept it a month and half and it broke again , this time they put a different steering motor on it. But now warranty is gone so i guess it on me next time,,,, i tried contacting a representative for help 10 times in Battleboro NC and left messages, and never once got a return call for help,,, so i will say LS tractor support of a customer is shitty,, but yes probably a stupid idea but i just purchased another tractor...... that being said, until LS can fix their issue with not helping a customer who has problems that cant be explained,, i would not recommend anything.
