After countless hours of reading reviews and looking at tractors I made the decision to go with LS. After four leaks (one fuel, two oil and one coolant ) now, the first within two weeks of having the tractor. I am wondering what’s next. I only have 115 hrs on the tractor.

In 2020 I bought a 6168 and I was pleased with it and in 2024 I bought a 357
to replace a Kubota that was giving me trouble. Not long after I bought the 357
the 6168 stopped running, it wasn't getting fuel. That was July, 2024. Today,
Feb. 5 2026, it finally came back repaired. The dealer was trying, but I think
LS should have been helping more when the repair could not be done on time.
How understanding would you be if I didn't pay for the tractor for 18 months?
And I would think a wiring harness should be good for more than four years and
the warranty did not cover it.
The 357 has been fine.
And I am happy to finally have the 6168 back and running right.

Part number 669731 was missing [which is the front "L" pin. The parts book says that it is 15/16" x 13 11/16" long. My dealer did an excellent job of having a machinist make a replacement pin to the exact specifications the parts book calls for. I got the pin, put it in and much to my dismay the pin was to short, by at least an inch, even though it matched specifications in the parts book. I would love to have a LS representative visit me and observe, for the LS TRACTOR COMPANY, the error in your publication. I would also like to have a pin that is the correct length.
Other than that the snow blower works well. The skid plates for adjusting cutting height seem to have fasteners that are to small to hold the plates at the adjusted point.

Support and assistance from LS USA, is totally nonexistent to customers. Dealership support whom I bought my tractor from, is nonexistent (Sandyland in Fairfield TX). In fact, they lost their LS dealership franchise. Other dealerships are 2 or more hours away. Servicing availability is weeks, even months from happening. I have a warranty issue with my range selector and can't get my tractor expediently cared for. Coker LS in Tyler did a good job in getting me replacement warranty parts (2 years bumper to bumper).

My dealer was not responsive to requests for warranty service and made everything more difficult rHan it should be. Getting parts for the tractor is a pain in the ass as you can only get parts from a dealer and most of them do not have online parts sales that are usable. The tractor itself is OK, but getting service or parts sucks.

Since purchase tractor has been back to the dealer several times. The first time it was there for several weeks during January when we needed it to plow snow. It would not start and we were told there was water in the fuel. The second time it cost $1200. for repairs, again we were told water in fuel. Not happy with that kind of repair bill on a brand new tractor.

I love your tractor.......but like any piece of equipment it is only as good as the available parts or Service.
Only one dealer available to me in Alaska.
Nice people but very difficult to comminate with.
I would purchase a New Holland if I had to do it over.
