Custom Star Map
My boyfriend really loves the stars map! He is so happy and hang it on right away. But I was unsatisfied a bit when the frame didn't look like what I expected even though my boyfriend said that it was ok, but I wanted it to be perfect. I then issued a refund for the frame and it didn't take so long to get my refund. The service is the best! I will definitely purchase my next item here. Thank you :)

The experience was not good. When I did select the item and respective details I was sure, specially considering the price, that I would receive the poster in a frame, not only printed and in a cardbox not good enough to protect the content. So, it was not in a frame and the poster was creased.
Response from Positive Prints
Hi Francisco,
Thank you so much for finding the time to write this review.
We're so sorry to learn about your disappointment. It's awful that your poster was creased! We've sent you an email from hello@positiveprints.com. Could you please send us a picture of the poster We will do our best to find a solution to your problem.
Whilst we do provide frames for our posters, we can see from the order page that this was not selected in your case. We're sorry if there was some confusion there. You could choose the preferred format (printed, digital, framed or canvas) in our creator: https://positiveprints.com/en/stars-editor. The selected format was also visible in the confirmation email.
We're looking forward to a response from you, so we can either replace or refund your order.
Wish you all the best!

Salut Mireille,
