Response from Positive Prints
Salut Mounya,

Custom Star Map
I bought the digital version and got it printed and framed. I'm very happy with the result. When I was designing my star map I was happy to see that I could add the Milky way, constellations, planets and their names and to choose any color I wanted.

Bad Quality and the Glass was Broken !
Response from Positive Prints
Dear Eike,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us.
We're deeply sorry that the plexiglass was broken! It's terrible to hear and, of course, even worse to experience.
We've sent you an email message from hello@positiveprints.com. If you could send us a picture of the broken glass and your poster, we would be most thankful. We'll do our best to compensate you for this unfortunate event and make you happy.
We're looking forward to hearing from you.

Creating my own personalized map was fun and easy. You can choose different styles and layout and I'm happy I was able to find and pin with a red heart the exact place where I met my wife. Once printed on a good quality paper and with a nice frame it looks awesome. This is the second I made and I guess there will be more.

We're so excited to hear about your happiness . We hope it continues to make both of you happy for many years to come!
