Beautiful! I think I ordered a "coffee" colour background, not a white one, and I got a white one, although now I'm not so sure. The picture looks beautiful and I wouldn't trade it for any other.
Response from Positive Prints
Hi Paulina,
Thank you for your kind review! We've checked the file of your print and we can now confirm that your star map has a Cosmic Latte background.
The background color in this color version is light cream. It's a tricky color to show but we do our best to portray it adequately.
After receiving your message we've double-checked our printers to make sure that the color settings are correct: and they were :).
If you put a white piece of paper next to your map, you'll notice the color difference.
Color calibration on different screens can cause the colors to look slightly different. The light cream color on the white website background looks darker because of the high contrast.
We're happy that you still love it with a slightly less background than you were expecting :)

Where We Met Map Print
unsatisfied. Did a custom print but it came in two separate downloads which needed to be blended together. Needed to take it to an outside printing service to complete. what I received did not look like what I ordered which was a single print.
Response from Positive Prints
Hi John,
Thank you for sharing your experience in this review. We're so sorry to hear about your disappointment!
We see now that you ordered two digital custom maps. We never divide custom projects into two separate designs, so we'd like to know more about what happened with your order.
Both of your maps have completely different designs, too: different colors and shapes (a square and a circle). Did you mean to order just one of them
Unfortunately, we don't have the option to combine two map designs into one, if that's what you wanted to do. Our maps always look exactly like the preview in your shopping cart.
We'd like to learn more about the effect you wanted to achieve. That's why we wrote an email to you from hello@positiveprints.com. Your design idea might help us to create a new product.
We're sorry that our service didn't met your expectations.

Custom Star Map
I love the print, it is uniqe and beautiful. I didn't get the beige poster like I ordered, instead it was white. A bit weird but I still like it.

Stars the Night We Met Print
Two weeks after ordering, I still have not received my product. This is absolutely ridiculous.
Response from Positive Prints
Dear Peyton,
Thank you for sharing your experience with us.
We're sorry that it took us so long to deliver your order. Due to the global pandemic, more people shop online than ever before. This influx of orders, combined with coronavirus restrictions, caused some packages to arrive later than expected. Sadly, your package was also affected :(
After reading your review, we've immediately checked the status of your order: and we have good news for you. The package is in transit and should be delivered to you today, by the end of the day.
We've also sent you another email with the tracking link from hello@positiveprints.com.
We'll be happy to hear more of your thoughts after you open the package.
UPDATE: According to the tracking link, your order was delivered on February 24th. I hope you like your print :)
