Love the customer service and making sure that the print was just what I wanted. Only problem that I had was the hanger attached to the back was placed for a portrait and not a landscape and my print was a landscape.
Response from Positive Prints
Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear that overall, your purchase was satisfactory (and that we did a good job as a Customer Service team !)
Could you please send us a photo of your frame to hello@positiveprints.com We would like to help you with the hanger!

Our First Date Map with Photo
My partner was very happy to receive "Our First Date" picture with a custom map showing the location of where we went. A very thoughtful gift and it had the exact effect I wanted it to have. He was ecstatic and went right to hang it up in his home. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the frame and the clarity of the map. I chose the "carbon" color option in a black frame and it was flawless when it arrived. Packaging was impeccable. Thank you PositivePrints!!
