I purchased a star map as a gift, after submitting the information to Positive Prints, I realised I put the incorrect info in. Paulina and Wojtek were happy to help make the adjustments and resend the corrected print. Would definitely recommend!
Response from Positive Prints

I bought this for my wife, and all was generally OK. It looks great, but my wife believes the materials to be a bit cheap and flimsy - worth less than £159! It was still well received and survived shipping in the UK and then overseas with only a small chip on the frame.
Response from Positive Prints
Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear that overall, your purchase was satisfactory.
We apologize if the materials didn't meet your expectations. We continuously strive to improve, and your input helps us do that.
If you'd like to discuss your order further, please reach out to us at hello@positiveprints.com. We're here to help!

Cool concept but in hand is real lame. Also didn't realize that the street names, parks, rivers and city landmarks aren't written on there like an actual map. I made one and framed it myself by using google maps, save yourself the money everyone!!
Response from Positive Prints
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're sorry to hear that our product didn't meet your expectations.
We understand your disappointment regarding the absence of street names, parks, rivers, and city landmarks on the map. It's important to note that our product is designed to be a personalized art piece rather than a functional map, and we aim to provide a clear representation of this during the design process through our live preview feature.
We appreciate your input and will consider it as we continue to improve our products. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we're here to assist you in any way we can.
