West Indies Miterless Wood Post Cap™ w/ Copper Pyramid
My only complaint was in the height of the piece. I modified the wood base by adding a 1/2” to the top so that the copper top sits higher giving the piece more depth. After sanding and stain, it looks great

4x4 Original Miterless Wood Post Cap™
I was pleasantly surprised to find this site. The post caps I needed measured 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" and the caps I ordered assured me they would fit. They do fit and also would fit 4"x4" posts. I'm thankful I ordered the flat top caps rather than the pointed top caps in case I decide to fasten them to the posts with more permanent fasteners.

Stainless Steel Pyramid Post Cap w/ 3/4" Lip
We just replaced our pergola because the corner posts started to rot out. This time we decided to top the 6X6 post with post caps to prevent water damage. I was amazed at how fast I got these in the mail. They are VERY well made and will probably last longer than the pergola will. I couldn't get over how shiny and beautiful the finish was. They look more like polished chrome to me. I like that they were all made from one, seamless piece of metal and fit perfectly over the post. I told my husband that they were the "bling" for my Pergola. Beautiful. Don't buy from the big box store. You won't be disappointed with these post caps.
