can't believe how much water it accumulates and that's with having air vents on windows ,would definitely recommend

OmniDry 12L Quiet Low Energy Dehumidifier - White
Works well, tried it in a room where laundry was drying on a cloths rack and with no heating on it pulled half a litre of water out in about 4 hours. And a litre with heating on. Very quite and not noticeable on the smart meter for cost.

We haven’t had the dehumidifier long, so we are still learning how to use it. The buttons to operate it seem to need a special knack or touch. The instructions about setting a humidity target could be explained more clearly. We are still not sure we understand the best way to use it. Two handles instead of one would make it easier to carry.

Noisy, cant remove the air filter, poor response to the top buttons, no laundry mode... not very happy. I was expecting a better product than this.

Hi Kathryn, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I have looked into this for you and can see as the product was marked as successfully delivered, we have provided a 'Non - receipt of goods' form to allow us to open an investigation with the courier. As soon as we receive this form back we will be able continue the investigation accordingly.

This review is not for the product as after over a week I've still not received it,this review is for the abysmal way this company is run, they take your money and then don't deliver on their delivery promise and when you try to get in touch nobody seems to care, customer service is a joke if I could cancel my order I would but of course you can't what a shambolic way to run a company and treat your customers

This dehumidifier helped us resolve problems with condensation in our flat. We positioned it in the hallway between our two bedrooms and keep the door open and we don't have any condensation on the windows any more. It is very quiet so does not disturb sleep at all. The only thing I wish it had would be a transparent water tank so that you could see how much water is already in it instead of the icon on display. The icon is quite small and you can't see what it shows unless you lean in close. Otherwise it is a really well working device.

Disappointing customer service

OmniDry 12L Quiet Low Energy Dehumidifier - White
My dehumidifier arrived with a number of marks on it which would suggest that I had been sent used or conditioned product. When I looked for contact details, no telephone number was available. The only way to contact customer services is to fill out a form on their website which generates an email and requests further details. I've submitted the further details as requested, sent several chasers but have not received a response. This is a really disappointing service.

OmniDry 12L Quiet Low Energy Dehumidifier - White
Good size. Although lack of handle (symmetry) makes it a bit cumbersome to move around. Lucky size is small. Good as second dehumidifier of 4 bedroom house. Does each room pretty quick. Takes the load off the main dehumidifier, also from ProBreeze which is the 20L one with one touch Laundry Dry function.
House is much cleaner air, dry and warms up really quick.
Expect 1-2 weeks to notice the difference.

The company really needs to review & reassess their customer service, it is non existent, unhelpful and extremely frustrating
The product itself is great so far but I would seriously reconsider purchasing from this organisation again

I ordered this on 31st December apparently on a 2 working day delivery. I appreciate it’s been new year, but it’s now been 5 working days and still no progress on the tracking app - I’m very disappointed in Pro breeze as there is no way other than an automated email which gives generic reasons for delay !
I would appreciate being contacted to explain where my order is
