I bought this particular dehumidifier as it works in low temperatures; an absolute must whilst my house renovations are ongoing through winter. Really easy to set up - practically plug in and go. True to its description, it quickly started to collect water and I was amazed how much it managed to collect. The water container is easy to remove to empty and put back.
I also like the fan that gives off some warmth.
I’m not to concerned with the lights showing the humidity levels as the water collected says it all.
I’ve been using this daily for the past 2 weeks and can honestly say this is a great piece of equipment and well worth the money.

excellent product at a competitive price, works fine in a large conservatory. One complaint when I tried to track delivery via your website it kept coming up with " unrecognised message". I was unable to find your address or a customer relations contact on-line. Eventually found the correct delivery site but not until the actual delivery date/time . This is totally unacceptable and I will contact "Which magazine (regular subscriber)

Machine was faulty and didn’t work. I had to go through all possible channels to get someone to help me and a week later I’m still stuck with a machine that doesn’t work. What a joke

This is an excellent machine. It has freshened my room up and helped me dry my washing on such cold, damp days. Definitely worth the investment.
