They just sent me the tracking link but if they had just looked at the link themselves they would have seen there's been no update which was the reason for me reaching out. Terrible service and impossible to get help od delivery info. Avoid.

Terrible tank design

OmniDry 20L Quiet Low Energy Dehumidifier with Laundry Mode and Smart App Control
Water sloshes about everywhere when removing a full tank and is awkward to pour down the sink. Feels like a very dumb design choice. Everything else works well but would factor in how the tank is emptied when looking at different dehumidifier brands.

12L Dehumidifier with Built-in Humidistat
Really pleased with the 12l dehumidifier we recently bought. I genuinely think this is better than our other 12l Probreeze dehumidifier, particularly using this in our bedroom. Nightmode is absolutely brilliant, this replaces a fan in the bedroom as my husband hates a white noise machine so it's a great replacement. The design is excellent, the handle is great, the light going off on nightmode is perfect. Very pleased with my 2nd purchase.
