The product is good but the service I received from the company is poor. I ordered the unit with next day delivery. I placed the order well before the stipulated cut-off time. No product arrived the next day. When I queried the purchase I was told they are well within the stipulated 3 day processing time and I must only contact them after the 3 days. So much for next day express delivery. My unit arrived a week after I delivered it. I was refunded the next day delivery fee I paid. Now to the product, it is actually amazing. My washing which used to take two to three days to dry, is dry in a day and I don't have damp on the inside of my windows. The air in the room used, no longer feels damp. Pro Breeze, sort out your shipping and you have a good product

Item not received. Repeated attempts to engage with customer service who say it's been dispatched but DPD as couriers say it hasn't been dispatched. No option to speak to a customer service representative via phone. Have currently paid nearly £200 for nothing.

Amazed at how much water these machines collect. Makes room warmer, so you can cut down on heating. Definitely recommend
