Very, very happy with the service I’ve received from yourselves. Being that I purchased my ice-maker in April. Unfortunately, only after a short time of using it, it just didn’t produce ice cubes. After I contacted you, you agreed on sending another machine FOC which now works very well. Thank you again for your help in this matter.

Next day delivery on a portable aircon during a heat wave is impressive

Still waiting for delivery. No communication from customer services. Appalling service. No responses despite numerous e mails

The fan is very easy to fit together and simple instructions. Works beautifully, great that you can use a timer.

It’s a bit noisy but worked perfectly for keeping the room cool

Very poor response to a theft transaction

Next day delivery as promised, and the fan works perfectly. In its nightime mode the speed reduces incrementally to its lowest and is almost silent but air movement still sufficient

We had already bought a ProBreeze unit for our daughter's bedroom and it has been very successful. So we have now purchased another 2 for our 2 other bedrooms. The night mode is brilliant and keeps the rooms cool while we sleep. They are simple to use and very effective, I would highly recommend Probreeze.

Good service and delivery and I'm happy with the cooling on the portable air con unit but we haven't had it long and it has started making a horrible rattling noise when it turns on - this is new and it did not do this before.
It lasts for about 1 minute and then goes away, but its very jarring.

I ordered my item direct from the ProBreeze website where the listing said delivery would be 2-3 days.
8 days later, nothing.
According to tracking, my shipping label was created a week ago, but nothing has been dispatched.
Incredibly slow customer service that provided a generic ‘our couriers have been busy’ reply. This reply alone took days to reach me. No help whatsoever.
Where is my item? If the item is simply out of stock, please be honest with your customers.
I will not be shopping from this site and will advise others to avoid.

This my second purchase of an AirFlo 43" Pedistal Fan. They are really quiet and ideal to have in the bedroom and the lounge. The remote control makes it easy to change the settings.

Prompt delivery but arrived with missing part that I am waiting to hear back about.
