I can’t recommend Probreeze enough! Their fan is genuinely amazing — super powerful and has definitely been saving me in this heatwave. On top of the fan being great, their customer service really blew me away (no pun intended!).
I lost the remote for my fan and emailed them to see if I could get a replacement. They replied quickly and told me they don’t usually send out spare remotes, but as an exception they’d help me out. Less than 24 hours later, I had a brand new remote in my hand — it’s made my life so much easier.
Massive thank you to Probreeze — great products and even better service. I’ll definitely be buying from them again!

Pretty awful from start to finish, I cannot believe you do not have a contact number, customer service is really really bad.
I'm not sure if you are just doing the standard thing that every company does nowadays where you just look at short term growth and cut corners everywhere but I sincerely hope your company fails. (It will, by the way).

I will be going out of my way to persuade anyone that I know to NOT buy your products or to deal with you. Awful and horrendous service.
You need to support your customer support team better, hire more staff, open up phone lines, you sell products and by extension you are selling support for said products. The support is worth nothing if people cannot get in touch with you, I only had someone get back to me after slating you on trustpilot. Pathetic. Get a grip and stop being so greedy.

The ProBreeze is absolutely amazing. I have ADHD and get very overstimulated by noise. This is so quiet that I have fallen asleep for the first time ever with a fan on!! Also menopausal so already hot, with the added heat I needed something to cool me down. Fantastic product.

The ice machije was faulty and when I asked for exchanged to different products they have said it can not be done.so ended up paying for my return with costed me evwn more to purchase where i could buy from amazon with free delivery and free retuen.lesson learned.
