I ordered this for a friend because they were so impressed with mine which I’ve had for around six months. A very efficient little machine, helps to dry the bathroom after a shower and is brilliant for helping dry the laundry. I’d recommend to anyone thinking of buying one. It’s particularly good through the colder months. I wouldn’t be without one now.

I rang to inform that a small part on airfryer basket had broken. I was asked to send a video of the problem. I received replacement the next day. I received Email confirmation and further updates. Agent was polite and gave excellent customer service. The air fryer is a great addition to my kitchen

Good for now, and it extracts water for now, quiet and a light weight.

I bought a dehumidifier about 6 months ago and unfortunately one of the wheels snapped. I contacted ProBreeze who immediately organised a replacement machine to be shipped - found customer service extremely efficient and helpful. Am super happy with the dehumidifier - drying clothes inside is now super quick, easy and cost-effective.

Was sent the wrong item and took far too long for a response and correct item to be sent out. Plus the inconvenience of having to print out the return label myself and wait in for return collection as well as redelivery. Wasting my time with no offer of any kind of compensation/goodwill gesture.

I have bought 3 of the Probreeze fans which are very good , one for myself , one for my daughter and one for my granddaughter, the ice cold bricks you put inside give out lovely cool air on a hot day or night , very pleased with purchase , price and delivery.

Bought the 16’’ stand up fan in black for my son as his apartment gets very hot. It’s excellent either way loads of settings and he said it’s really quiet on the night setting.

I purchased 3 air coolers from ProBreeze after staying in a hotel last year that had one in it. Really kept the room cool. Website is easy to navigate and product information is clear. A seamless ordering process and quick delivery.

I am really disappointed ! I bought 2 tower fans same this model from Amazon , they are very quite and nice and I love them ! I decided to buy third one , but this time I bought it dirctly from ProBeeze and I found that it makes a big noise every time I turn it on ! not like the previous two I feel bad to be honest !
