Excellent purchase, works great on laundry days. My only issue was with the delivery paid for a next day service but had to wait an extra day.

Ordered on line, this machine is excellent and so easy to use highly recommended. I would say get the larger one as soon fills up.

The product itself is working as intended by looks of it. After 4 days it is collecting plenty of water. However.. I purchased the product on Saturday evening and the following morning I realised there was an app connected version of it for the same price so I emailed the customer service team if they could cancel/amend my order. I received a reply pretty much instantly saying it was too late because they run an automated system. My only option is to wait for the delivery then send it back but I'd have to pay for postage. Now considering the weight of the product and my work schedule, I can't not take it to a parcel shop not can I stay at home to wait for a pick up by a delivery company, nevermind the cost of sending something like this back.
