I requested replacement wheels and callipers, I was Dudley sent the replacements but only one nut instead of two, luckily I was able to use the nut I’d removed form faulty wheel calliper. Apart from that the service was good and the replacements arrived very quickly.

Gen was a great help in replacing my dehumidifier when it broke. I really rely on this in the home. Thanks

I think this is the 4th dehumidifier I've bought from ProBreeze - all the dessicant version as they are used in unheated environments in winter - with one for myself, and one for each of kids, and now a second one for myself to dry a basement. We have been very happy with the performance of all of them - they do the job, they can be left running unattended for extended times using the outlet hose down a drain, and they are economical to use.

To sum up - Excellent! My old dehumidifier fell apart and I needed a new one quickly. You despatched quickly and I was impressed. After a few months the filter clip broke and when I asked to purchase a new plastic filter I was sent a whole new unit, which was impressive. 5 stars well earned!
