Pro Breeze dehumidifier does exactly what is on the box. Not noisy, and low electric consumption. Just question how to clean the air inlet filter (not removable). But good value.

First product stopped working after a few months- didn’t realise until the weather turned and it was needed again so was a month out of warranty. Was sent a replacement as a gesture of good will- unfortunately Replacement product never worked just the power light . Refused to send a working replacement

Awful service took 8 days to be delivered was told it was delivered when in fact hadn’t even left the company package place. Wasn’t even offered anything back even tho said 2 day delivery just truly dreadful company from start to finish!!!! Would not recommend bad customer service feed back
