The dehumadifier bought was expected to have a lundary mode option, it does not have.
The delivery service is awful, as delivery from courier marked the delivery sent, despite not receieving the package.

PROBREEZE DEHUMIDIFIER
I have used this regularly ever since I got it and it is brilliant! Very easy to use and it is so efficient. Ive used it in 3 rooms. Today I used it on Laundry mode and the washing was dry in no time.
So very pleased with this purchase. It came recommended by Martin Lewis.

I placed my order and paid on 1st September, but I still haven’t received the item. I’m disappointed with the delay so far.

I have ordered my dehumidifier on the 1oth of august I believe and it was delivered on the 14th of August to the wrong address and I still havent received my order. I contacted ProBreeze and they just checked the status of the delivery, that says delivered. I contacted ProBreeze with photos from the delivery driver showing the wrong door, parcel dropped at the wrong door and address. Showing them my door and block where I live. So far Probreeze have ignored me, emails and on their customer support section. Not sure what to do to reach them. So hopefully if anyone from customer support reads this, maybe contact me as its almost a month of me not having my orde and someone else using my dehumidifier.

This dehumidifier is very difficult to operate & the instruction manual is lacking in information. Having said that it does remove plenty of moisture so I will persevere with it. I downloaded the appropriate app but was unable to pair the device which is a shame as this might have made life easier. I'm sorry but in view if this I feel unable to give a higher review

Needed a spare filter for my unit, not shown on the site but probreeze were excellent sorting it out for me , it’s great when a company goes that extra mile to help. Feel confident in buying probreeze as the customer service was second to none

It’s shorter than expected and the hot air extractor is short for me. It doesn’t seem to cool my room only on the direct face . Disappointment for the price .
