Really good product and a good service as well.

Really nice compact humidifier. Fills the water compartment very quickly but has continuous drain pipe supplied which was very East to use

still early days, but a great help in clearing the bathroom of condensation and damp after showering. Time function being heavily used!!

This is a very good dehumidifier that takes a full tank of water from our bedroom every day. It has a defrost mode that automatically kicks in if the unit freezes up which is good if your room is cold. You can connect a hose instead of the water tank if you have a way to permanently set it to drain. It is a bit on the noisy side, we have it running 24/7 and you do get used to the noise over time.

This dehumidifier is neat in appearance enabling it to be ideal for my property, also being low of noise level is an added asset. It has proven efficiency in collecting water which helps with damp laundry during colder months.

I bought this as it's very humid in our house, condensation plagues our windows and walls especially during the winter so running this helps to prevent that. It's nice not having to wipe the windows down in the mornings. It's not as quiet as I had hoped. It is disruptive to my sleep but I am a light sleeper. It does the job though and I recommend it. Only downside I can give is the tube that comes with it for expelling the collected water to an external source is just too short to make any practical use with so if that's your plan you will need to buy a longer one.

Easy to use and quite

I always write honest reviews if an item is great I'll scream from the roof tops This item is defective I received it on the 1/02/2023 and it stopped working around the 27/03/2023 and the company has been giving me the run around ever since asking me for batch numbers requesting I spend my own money to send their faulty product back And the back and forth with them has given me anxiety and stress I'm a customer it's not my fault your product stopped working IM WARNING YOU PLEASE DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG WITH THEIR PRODUCT TAKE THIS A WARNING FROM AN HONEST HEARTED PERSON DONT BUY THIS ITEM Their not an honest company they'll happily take your money and won't do anything if their product is defective or stops working DONT BUY THIS ITEM PLEASE I've sent their defective product back and they still haven't issued my refund Want to charge people so much money for faulty goods There should be a law against companies like this it's unacceptable Don't buy from this company £229:99 and they haven't given me back my money even though I have sent them their faulty item back

To dry my laundry. And to keep damp at bay in my conservatory

Bought this unit to remove moisture from the attic (about 30' X 25') after this winter. The attic had mold and a lot of damp. Sprayed the mold and put this unit in to reduce the moisture. Works very well. About 1.5l per 12 hrs on a high humidity day. Not too heavy to lift into the attic. Automatically stops when tank is full. Very happy with it and would recommend it.

Low noise, manoeuvrable and easy to use

Good buy. The dehumidifier works so well. We recently just had a plumber fixed out leaky bathroom, he suggested we rent a dehumidifier to dry out the very damp flooring and wall. We decided to buy one and so glad we decided on this model, I can't believe how much water it collected and the floor and wall almost all dry now in just a few days.

This arrived quickly and is good at its job. There are two fan settings, with high fan being noisier, but low setting noise is OK. It's also easy to empty and to check the filter. I've been really pleased with it.

A little noisey, but does the job.

the quoted performance of the item (which i later learned is measured at 30C and 80%RH) is not realistic to most peoples circumstances. at 22C and 50-60%RH it yields only 2-3 litres/day with continuous running.

Bought this as we have a small flat with no outdoor space and drying laundry was taking forever and causing mould to appear in the room we hung it in. This has been a great investment and reduced the time to dry a load of washing down to hours.

Using it to dry our clothes on the airers. Does the job in an afternoon cheaper than using the tumble dryer

Small and compact, heavier than it looks but moves around easily on wheels. Works well at removing water from the bedroom, which is prone to condensation and has had a water leak in the past. Quiet, but does make a low buzzing/hissing noise that might disturb light sleepers if left on overnight. We use it mostly during the day and have no problems at all with noise. Water container a little bit tricky to remove (odd shape and no handle) – this is my only disappointment and hence the 4 stars and not 5.

Expensive but does the job. I don’t have a big condensation problem but this helps a lot . I might have got the next size up though.

Simple to order with them and prompt delivery.. queries answered and helpful.
