Really unhappy with the pillow. I spent three days trying to get the full right and then realized it didn’t matter because I kept waking up because my neck was sweating. As this is a non- returnable item I don’t think this is worth the risk. Find another pillow.

Your webpage for viewing the pillows and ordering the pillow online had confusing information. I received a bag of stuffing instead of the full pillow and had to then order a pillow case and stuff it. Your product is high quality though.

Sleeping Organic has been my trusted source for Organic bedding and my Organic Latex Mattress. I've owned my king size Sleeping Organic mattress for almost 10 years, and I still LOVE it!!
I recently purchased two standard sized pillows for my two children. They have plenty of fill and are so comfortable. I had to use one last night to 'test' it before the kids used them.

When installing the organic cover over the “Topper” does it matter which side of the topper faces up? We noticed the holes are larger on one side verses the other side, is this done purposely?

Dealing with the purchase was very easy. But the latex-filled pillow, while well-made, was almost unusable. The smell of the latex filling was so incredibly pungent, I literally could not sleep. The pillow was comfortable, but the odor was so strong that I could not even have it in the bedroom, and had to place it in the hallway. I tried to “air it out” for a week, but the odor remains just as strong. I’ve had latex pillows for years, and while there was a latex smell (sometimes akin to waffles), it was never so strong as to disrupt my attempts to sleep on the pillow. I’m debating returning it, which is unfortunate, as it’s quite comfy.

Shipping has blamed me for their shipping issues. I have yet to receive the mattress. This will be my last purchase with Sleeping Organic. I will no longer refer friends, family, and my clientele.

Where to begin?!? This is B (wife). I had been having a running 2 year battle with my 3 box store pillows for 2 years. I was miserable. I’m not sure why I didn’t focus on my poor night sleep and shoulder problem. However I researched pillows and first learned about shredded latex then found Sleeping Organic. The reviews were helpful and I learned a lot. We purchased 2 king size pillows. Arrival was a little bumpy but that was a Fed Ex issue. I was so optimistic! I was unnecessarily freaked out about the smell of the latex. And no it does not smell like vanilla! It’s rather overwhelming. However, within about 24 hours the smell was GONE. I would advise leaving the opened pillow in a garage for a day but we didn’t have that luxury. Be patient and it will be fine. Now to the good part! I love this pillow. My disordered sleep and shoulder pain are completely resolved. For so long I needed to keep an arm underneath my pillow pile. That is completely over! Although the online discussion about shredded latex suggested removing some of the latex to get started with your new pillow, we didn’t remove anything and we both agree that we love it just as it arrived. It is full and big and heavy but that is the pillow’s wonderfulness in my estimation. I would suggest a separate zippered pillow cover just to protect the pillow since it is not washable. There are not enough praises for this pillow!

I'm not exactly sure why but I am now getting very deep sleep from using the king size latex pillows. I have had a latex matress for three years but some how these pillows are causing deeper sleep. The loft is high and I could take some latex out but I find their bigness very comforting so I'm going yo leave as is.

As returning customers we have again had a most positive shopping experience with Sleeping Organic. Staff is always ready to provide advice as might be needed and we have always found the products to be exactly as advertised and top quality. Latest purchase was a new latex topper that arrived on time and was well packaged as expected.

I was hoping it was a lot softer as my pelvis as been broken 3 different places. I’ve broken 3 ribs 6 weeks ago also. You should come out with a X soft and XX soft for many of us need it. This one offers no more softness than my Tempur-pedic medium mattress.
I would like to return it but no way can I get it into the package.
Please advise what to do.

Great purchase

Second purchase. That should tell you... LOVE my first bed that I got and wanted to upgrade from a queen to a king. Got the four layers again with one of each. Love that it can be easily adjusted. I have never slept on anything that leaves me pain free prior to these mattresses. High quality and shipped very quickly. It's all good!
