Hi Laura, Thank you for your feedback, we’re genuinely sorry for the delays and inconvenience you experienced. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially when time sensitive services like SSL Certificates are involved. We’ve processed your full refund and, to help make up for the trouble, we've also added credit to your account for use toward any future orders. We hope this demonstrates our commitment to making things right. We've made updates to ensure there are multiple ways for you to reach out, or to validate your order once placed, we’d truly appreciate it if you’d consider updating your review. Your feedback helps us improve, and your updated experience could help others too. Thank you again for your patience and for giving us the opportunity to make things right.

getting a certificate using your website is easy. However, seeing the price jump 250% is somewhat unheard of.

Thank you, Phillip, for your review and feedback! We're pleased to hear that you found the ordering process easy. The SSL industry has evolved significantly, you may of noticed a lot of our products have been updated, and further features are now available. As a result, some prices have increased, although not to such a high extend, however currency conversations and prices can change as the market fluctuates, while others products have decreased across the board. We remain committed to providing the best value while maintaining updates with industry standards. If you have any questions or need assistance, we’re always happy to help. We’ve also reached out to personally thank you for choosing us today!
