We are super excited about this plant also. It is in the ground. The leaves where a bit crunchie. Hopefully that does not mean anything. Never planted one before and we bought the fertilizer packets for all three.

Buy Wildlife Crabapple Trees Online at Ty Ty Nursery
I received my trees and appreciate the care that was taken when TyTy packaged them. Even after sitting in a mail truck over a weekend my trees roots were still moist when I planted. I would recommend ordering trees at the beginning of a week or very late to prevent shipping to start on a Friday. Trees or plants will be sure to sit in a truck for a couple extra days.

Buy American Chestnut Trees Online at Ty Ty Nursery
These poor folks got put through the wringer trying to send me a tree. The first one got damaged in transit. They hot footed another one out right away without my even asking them to and what a beauty it is! The tree they sent has the healthiest root ball I've ever seen. The tree is of course bare at the moment but I feel very good about it and anticipate it doing well. Thanks for the excellent customer service!
