I bought 3 river birches none of which sprouted. Bottom line is that it will cost me money to replace them. I feel that it should cost me nothing to end up with what I paid for originally.
It's not right that I need to pay the difference between the discounted price I paid and the full price to replace them. 3 dead plants were delivered and it will cost me money to get 3 live plants.

Very disappointed. First they sent me the wrong plants. I ordered seedless grape vines and they sent me seeded vines. Then they could not replace my order for over a year. They first told me I would get a replacement in the fall. Now they are telling me it won't be until next year.
