I purchased this tree in November 2025 and planted it according to the instructions provided. Unfortunately, the tree never bloomed in the spring of 2026.
I have contacted your company numerous times by email and phone, but despite all my efforts, I have never received a refund or a satisfactory resolution.
At this point, I am very concerned and would like to know whether your company is a legitimate business and whether you intend to honor your warranty/refund policy.
Please review my case and let me know when I can expect my refund. I would appreciate a prompt response. Thank you very much

I ordered a dwarf tree for the fall. However, after discussing it with a staff person she said it would not be wise to plant that late in my planting zone. She advised me to wait to the spring of 27 to safely plant. That indicated to me that she cared about the sale and my needs and did not just simply close the sale.
I placed the order and locked into a delivery date for 2027.

Hopefully I will adjust my 4 star rating to a 5star upon the delivery of the tree.

I ordered 30+ fruit trees. All but 7 figs arrived dead!
I kept hoping and taking care of them. Just because I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning them. Now that all hopes are over I contacted tyty rep with pictures proofs but they want some sort of cutting in the trunk area etc.
I am a buyer not a tree surgeon! I even offered to pull the 7 dead plants out and ship them at my cost.!! But they never responded me.
I buy plants because I love gardening.
That's why I'm not buying anything for fall season from tyty until they resolve my current issue.

Bought chestnut trees both died shortly after. When i went to get replacement they said they dont sent replacements. That I would get a credit not including shipping. I gave them a one star because other sites I've ordered off of send direct replacement or even upgraded the size for the inconvenience. Didnt read the description which is my fault but havent had good luck with the bareroot trees they have sent.

I'd like to leave a "No-star" review. I'm trying to leave a one-star, since that is my only option. I received bare-root plants that had been advertised as being in 1-gallon pots. One of those blackberries never came out. Similar situation with the two trees that I purchased, only one was alive. I'd like to have my money back for those; however, you all are only offering a "store credit". What a load of crap. So, the best I can hope for is a chance to buy some more dead or dying plants from you all again, and pay for shipping an taxes again.

I would leave 0 stars if it was an option. I ordered 2 fig trees in June, both arrived in poor shape. The 3-4' tree woke up after 2 months of being in a planter with good rich soil and only the bottom 12-18" was alive, the other was completely dead on arrival. When I contacted Tyty they issued a small credit for the 4-5' dead tree instead of simply replacing it and was informed I could order another when they were in stock. Now that they are back in stock it will cost me $80 to get the same tree that I initially ordered. When calling customer service they informed me that "this is their policy" and will not offer any additional credit or help me in any way but I could wait until there's a sale although I will still need to. In summary, I just want them to deliver on my original order but the only way for that to happen is to pay them a considerably more $ than I originally spent. SAVE YOUR MONEY DON'T BUT FROM THIS COMPANY. SHOP SOMEWHERE WITH A SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

One tree is dead the other has one little new branch on the bottom of the tree. Bought the more expensive 6 to 7 foot tree. Got two trees one is dead and the other one is growing only at 3 foot top half dead. Put in for the tree insurance no response just automate responses. Waste of money

I have purchased some peach trees, nectarine tree, and 4 persimmon trees. Out of 7 trees only two have grown. I purchased 4 blueberries bushes and two blackberry bushes as well, very slow growing and not worth it. You don’t get your money back only store credit which is less than your purchase price. I will not purchase any more from this nursery. I do have a store credit which I will have to use but nothing will probably live anyway. Such a waste of money and time.

Packaging and shipping were great, but the 5’ fig tree itself never did come to life, although I potted it in a wonderful coco coir/compost/perlite/vermiculite mix with donut shaped pine fines mulch on top—the same mix (and location) as my potted baby Chicago Hardy fig tree from Burpee and my 4 potted Columnar apple trees from Stark Bros, which are all thriving. I have pictures of all of the above.

Received a peach tree, tree was in poor shape with leaves starting to drop. I spoke to customer support who said that was normal. After 2 months with zero signs of life, I spoke to them again. I got a store credit for tree minus the 50$ shipping and told to reorder. I would not buy from them.
