I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent tree purchase.
I purchased an 8-9 ft tree that was planted under ideal conditions, but it failed to thrive. After six months, it only showed growth from the bottom as a small plant. While I received some store credit, it excluded taxes and the shipping fee, which was nearly $100.
Because the cost of the tree has since increased, I am now being asked to pay the price difference, taxes, and shipping fees a second time, in addition to waiting another year for delivery. Furthermore, because I am unable to plant it myself, I will have to incur the cost of hiring someone to plant it again.

Dead, dead, dead, dead tree. I was not aloud to return for many days (months) after it was dead dead dead, did I say completely dead? They said the tree needed more time to prove it was DEAD! Then, I was given a credit for the tree not a replacement tree. I bought the tree on sale and the credit would not cover half the cost of a replacement tree. Furthermore, they are completely out of the tree now that I had to wait. I actually bought many trees 9 or ten and multiple grape vines and Black berry from TyTy. I love to share about a new business where I can find what I need, I did that with about 4 or 5 people. Won’t do that any more and I will try to undo the harm I have caused others. I’m unhappy with my experience, incase that is not evident!

Can’t check out using the gift certificate number bc I don’t have an account. Rep says I need to call to use it. Haven’t had time but once I use it, won’t order from this company again. Also, had to wait for this refund to July when you process refunds. Waited until almost the end of July and had to send a reminder inquiry, asking where it was. (I had already been approved for refund since I had sent the required pics) I feel like it’s as inconvenient as possible so you don’t use the refund, but the root was dead when they sent it. I don’t need inconveniences like this. Won’t shop here ever again

They arrived pretty bad looking
The box was smashed but they had their gel in the roots so am expecting for them to eventually look alive i keep watering them just in case

All of my big *** blue berry bushes died. I tried to get a store credit back. Like Ty Ty said they would do with there live plant guarantee. I filled out the form. They asked for pictures to ensure they were dead. I sent them and never heard back. I have contacted them twice. They stopped responding at the same point when contacted a second time as well. Do not buy from Ty Ty. They do not honor their live plant guarantee.
