Received two sub standrd plants. Neither thrived after weeks of attention. Credit was given for one purchase. CREDIT WAS REFUSED FOR THE 2ND ONE SINCE IT HAD BEEN PURCHSED WITH STORE CREDIT. Ty Ty basically failed to live up to its quality guarantee an/or its refund policy. My experiences with other online retailers were far more credible. THEY STOOD BEHIND THEIR SLOGANS AND GUARANTEES, WHICH TY TY DID NOT! Once your credibility and reiability fails, their is little justification to continue to be a customer.

Very good price a fast shipping as it was wayy late in the season for bare root trees. Now at the end of July the jujube trees are just starting to wake up. One heart nut tree and the bamboo are by all appearances dead. I emailed about the bare roots that have not woken up yet several weeks ago and no response at all.

Purchased the 6-7 foot Northern James pecan tree. It initially grew acceptably but the graft died over winter, While the rootstock sent up suckers, this is not the tree or size I had ordered. The Plantsurance policy did not refund the original purchase price of the tree in full without any explanation.

I purchased few items on separate order in Feb and March 2026, one of the orders was grape vines that did not make it.( I follow the platting instructions exactly ! ) While TyTY claims they honor the warranty, they make very very difficult to get free replacement. I did all what the ask me to proof the claim, and after 3 months of back and forth they said they gave me a credit to use on my account, but as of now, 3 weeks after they issue the credit supposedly I am still not able to use it...so as far as I see it, the warranty is useless, so be careful !

The quality of the plants I received was surprisingly poor. All but one plant has died. They do honor their guarantee, but in the form of a credit, and the first two purchases did not give me confidence, unfortunately.

Horrible. I was sent a tree that was not alive. I bought fertilizer. Did everything I could to try to save the tree I notified the company that the tree was not thriving. They said to give it till July. I did let them know. It was very dead. They gave me a hard time because I waited too long to get a hold of them.? and then gonna give me a credit but now since it’s been so long, the tree is no longer available. I’ve lost an entire season. Theresa, the employee has been extremely unpleasant to work with absolutely not good customer service.

I like the pecan tree I ordered. I think it is growing well. The instructions for the additional fertilizer wasn't very clear so it wasn't added at the correct time. What I especially didn't like was getting inundated with all of the emails after placing my order.
