Awful dead plant policy. Received a heat stressed plant. It was clear the plant wouldn't survive(and it didn't...was dead in a week). I proactively communicated, sent photos, was a good customer about it. Yet, I had to wait months to get a credit and was never offered my money back or a plant replacement. Yep, just a credit(minus shipping and tax) and I have to use this company again for my plant needs. Borderline scam. Terrible communication. Avoid

I had a dead tree that was a replacement for a dead tree i think ! Or maybe have been original tree that i kept in a pot. I like to plant in Jan Feb anyhow the tree started out great this spring but i was not going to put in ground until this fall. I’m not sure but i think a cold snap finished it off. Well Ty Ty is honoring a replacement and i don’t think you will find a company that stands behind their plants better than that. I appreciate them and will continue to purchase from them for all my plant tree needs

My trees were in great shape on arrival but my blueberry bush was completely dried out and all the leaves were dried up and fell of while taking it out of the packaging. I still planted it in hopes that I could revive it but it did not make it. I am in the process of using the 1 yr plantsurance to try and get it replaced. Wish me luck.

I ordered an expensive tree on a big sale a year and a half ago, the tree didn’t make it through the winter (I’ve success planted ~12 trees and grapevines over the last 3 years), I submitted a warranty claim and it took 2 1/2 months to process, during the course of the processing time one of your big sales happened and I missed it, and you’re going to make me wait until the season end clearance for me to get my tree again because the credit I received is only half the value for a new tree – – and you won’t make an exception.
Basically, you’re telling me not to shop at Ty Ty any more because you don’t really stand behind your products and you make the exchange process extremely difficult

Terrible customer service and warranty. Bought 2 banana plants and 2 blackberry bushes in March April. Blackberries were doa. I still went ahead and did everything by your instructions and after many weeks it was still just a stick in dirt. After quite a few emails and telling me you don’t do warranties till June I finally get a response of were giving you an 11$ store credit. ?! Wow. I’ll never buy from you guys again and I’ll be letting as many as I can of my experience. Sad

Order not complete, trees did not leaf out, customer service denied receiving photos requested for eight weeks, told me I was sending them to the wrong address despite my telling them many times the address I used and having received responses from those emails. What is going on? Used to be so reliable and now it's a train wreck.
