Paid $119.75 or a 6-7 ft elderberry bush. It arrived looking dead. Planted it and it just sprouted about 7 inches from the ground. What is the point in paying for a 6-7 ft bush if it is dead for 6 ft worth of the plant? The height of this plant is worth $19.75 for their 6 inch plant.

Only 1 of the 5 plants I got even showed growth, and did not produce any berries. The reviews are so good but this has not worked for me. I know I get my money back but only to buy again from you guys and I do not have faith in your company. On top of that your shipping costs are so high. The plants I got from home depot for 1/4 of the cost are outperforming your so called amazing plants. I want my money back and shipping reimbursed but was told I could not. I wrote a review on all my plants to warn other customers and will not be recommending you to anyone. Why would I want a gift certificate to buy more plants that do not perform? Such a waste of money

I bought a grape vine that was dead on arrival. Not dormant but dead . You had me wait 3-4months & send in a picture of it. I never heard back on what is the next step. I emailed & called , yet nothing! I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We have ordered from your nursery multiple times. We receive trees that are less than what we expect. For instance trees with just one little branch coming off the side like it's been propagated and then sent to us. Another example is we order four trees to replace the ones that didn't make it and we get four trees that are supposedly dormant and never come out of dormancy. We follow all the instructions add the fertilizer I'm not sure where the problem stems from.

Will never order anything from this supplier again. They sent plants that weren’t viable( no leaf buds and poor root system). Their guarantee only commits them to send you another plant and you’re stuck with the shipping costs again.

Bought 4 trees from them at their end of season sale and not 1 tree produced a single leaf. Don't have to wait a year to know these trees aren't coming back.

This was a terrible experience. I think you all are a sham. I ordered a fig tree dormant and it came in March. It never blossomed it died. I was told I had to wait till July to submit a case. Meaning this entire season I was out a fig tree. I ordered it early on purpose to have it start growing this year. Then in July I was given a gift certificate to purchase another one. I did. It is not coming until December!!! And I had to pay shipping again!!!
They said “per regulations” they have to ship dormant. That is a lie. I get full trees all the time from Fast Growing Trees. What a mess! I will NEVER order from this place again and I will pass that on.
