Multiple plants totally dead upon arrival. Had to wait months for warranty approval. Once finally approved, there was no refund. Money lost. Only option was store credits to buy more plants from tyty in future. Also zero credit for shipping. None. No offer for future free shipping. $150 lost on shipping fees alone. All I got was option to spend more on future shipping for future plants via a shady vendor I never again want to do business with. Couldn’t be more angry or frustrated at this horrible experience. A very expensive mistake.

I bought a tree the beginning of the year and it came to me with barely any leaves on it, and those leaves were pretty dry. Eventually, they all fell off within the first couple weeks and now I have a stick in my yard with nothing on it, they gave me a discount which was the shipping and that’s it. Go to a nursery. Don’t have your tree shipped.

30% of the plants died (yes I know what I am doing and have a greenhouse and vineyard). I had to send 30 pictures of the dead plants that didn’t last more than a week, I was told I would get a credit and that was over a month ago. Emails, back and forth, back and forth with no credit even after I did the scrape test, root pull and the customer service person agreed they were dead. Too many other place to buy quality plants online and have them survive.

I ordered six trees when they were having there end of season sal and all but one tree was junk and all five died. Same thing last year so it appears that’s what they do and then will only give you store credit which once they have trees again in the spring you are forced to pay full price. They refuse to simply replace the trees. Also, I asked to speak to a manager and of course one isn’t available so was told one would call me which was two weeks ago and no call and I’ve emailed to remind them a manager has not returned my call.

I bought a wonderful Braeburn Apple tree twice that did great!!!
However, everything else I have purchased, has not grown at all. They did give me credit back for ones that didn't grow and I bought some more stuff and nothing has grown. I bought one of the plants from a different place, planted them in the same spot and they have grown.

My plants arrived and were very stressed. They were dry and I had to try and save them. I was able to salvage 5 of my plants out of the entire order. Everything else died. I'm in the landscape industry and have ordered bare root plants before. I contacted them and told the customer service representative that I wasn't happy with my order. I told her I was going to try and see what survived. I emailed for a partial refund when not all of them made it. I never heard back after that.
