Trees came early and in beautiful shape. Planted imeditlay with my 4 year old grandson who reminds me to water every day. He loved it and is already counting the buds. Will order more when I see how these go for a year . Thank you!

I give it 5 stars! Because if I tell the truth it will be deleted. The shipping box is not rigid. It has been apparently bent during shipping. Upon arrival the bamboo tree has been split vertically into two, and some part is crushed. I can put my fingers through the long crack, which is almost from top to root. The stem and the leaves have dried up, with no sign of life. I sent the photos to Tyty. Please read what the Tyty replys to my replacement requirement: "We do not sale you the cane we sale you the root system. As the roots are still in tact and healthy we are going to just ask that you plant the bamboo and it will produce new canes as roots get acclimated. "

Plants were packed very well, arrived on time, very fragile looking but showing signs of new (buds maybe?) growth. Very hopeful for both trees.
