I had just about given up on ordering plants on line. But after calling TyTy and talking to a representative, I decided to give it a try. The 6 ft tree came well packed. There were moisture retention gel beads around the roots. Very few broken branches, It is still dormant, but have great hopes. Will check back in a month.

Received well packaged dormant bareroot tree. Ordered 4-5ft. 5ft tree on arrival with moist, healthy roots. Planted 2 days ago in native soil and already has new growth even at the top of tree. Zone 9a.

Healthy bareroot tree with some new growth on arrival. Ordered 2-3ft tree. Arrived as central trunk bareroot. Unfortunately central trunk only about 1ft tall with 4 very thin branches that extended to about 3ft. Was hoping for a larger central trunk of 2-3ft. Would order larger tree.

This tree was a replacement for one that didn't make it. Customer service was great and quick to issue a refund. Once the new tree was ordered it was delivered quickly and in great condition.

I was highly impressed to see the maturity of plant. I have a great feeling it’s going to be a good producer just by how well it’s flowering already and literally came with blooms starting! Can’t wait!

Root structure looked good, planted it immediately and it appears to be doing well.

The plant looks ok and I am still really excited about it - it is the advertised size which is awesome!!! The problem is that the box arrived damaged and some of the branches are broken. I don’t think that’s the nursery’s fault but it’s still super disappointing
