I was reluctant to purchase a tree online rather than in person but I was not disappointed when I received this fine specimen. I would not hesitate to purchase again from Ty Ty. The tree had been well packed for shipment. . . the only thing that could have made it better would have been if you dug the hole.
Thank You.

I was very impressed with both the timeliness of the shipment and also the condition of the bare root pecan tree. The roots were wrapped very well so that the roots were still wet. I followed your online instructions on how to plant and have watered the tree multiple times since planting, so check back with me in a few months to see how it’s doing.

My tree order was 7 to 8 foot tall. It was 6 foot above ground and that’s ok with me. I could tell some of the top had been cut back and that ok with me too. I am a little worried if it’s enough root system for this size tree being bare root. The tree itself looks nice. Hope it survives, I look forward to finding out.

Trees arrived more quickly than expected. They were in very good shape, can’t wait to watch them grow!
As for the your website, it is easy to navigate and order from. I especially like the Zone function. This allowed me to order trees that will do well in my particular zone!

Overall everything was good and they communicate great when there was a change of the delivery date. But they can work on their customer service when you call.
Because this was my first time planting trees, I called twice to ask few questions and get some kind of help but both times the lady who answered me wasn’t that interested and seems like I was waisting her time.

These look good abd I’ve got them in the ground. I look forward to seeing them grow . This will be the first tome I’ve grown or even seen filbert trees My only wish from TyTy is that they would give a bit more info about the plants. Like botanical name and variety. Thanks for your consistently good trees!
