Size as promised, wrapped well and still damp. No foliage. One week after planting and already lots of green leaves are peeking out!

Your web sites said something about shipping in 7 to 10 days. So I called at about the 2 week point and was told it takes about 4 weeks to ship and probably 2 to 3 days for delivery. At that point I cancelled the order. I kept waiting for the order to be canceled. After almost two weeks I decided to see if you would actually ship the order which you obviously did. To say I’m dissatisfied with your service would be an understatement. As far as the 3 products go the jury is still out.

Took a while to ship and I did know that up front and I understand the circumstances of these strange times!
Overall the tree looks to be healthy and hopefully happy now. The weather got hot so fast here I hope I can get it off to a good start!
