Worried at first. 12 days after ordering my package, I anxiously wondered were my package was. Called nobody picked up. Read really bad and really good reviews. Soon package came, as promised. None the less happy with what I got, 5 Stars

The search and selection process on the website was easy and clear to navigate. Each specimen was well described, and its appropriate grow zone and needs were fully provided so that an educated decision could be made. The site clearly identified whether the tree was suitable for my climate, and this was very helpful. The checkout process was simple and quick.
After-purchase customer service was excellent, responsive and timely. The tree was shipped within a reasonable time, and arrived well-packed and with planting instructions that were easy to follow.
My tree is in the ground now, and I am tending to its daily water needs to help it settle in. The tree had good roots and many buds, and I am optimistic it will turn out well in its first growing season here.
