The tree came in great shape and has a good caliper on the trunk. The roots weren't quite as large as I hoped but I understand with shipping only so much can be done.
I look forward to the tree growing over the upcoming years.

I called about the planting instructions as I was not sure I could see the graft "knot". Your customer support indicated that none of your vines are grafted! I was surprised as I do not believe any Pinot Noir will survive if ungrafted.

Planting instructions are not clear. Soil line could not be seen due to moisture in packaging.

Keeping in mind that I just planted these trees, my best review will ultimately be on the date in the future that I finally get to take a bite from the fruit. I hope the fruit is as yummy as the picture seems to indicate. Customer service and delivery have been excellent and I would definitely make another purchase when I am ready to do so.

Thank you for being honorable, between the time I choose my trees and a few days later completing my order there was a few dollar price increase, TyTy honered the price I had used to place my order, I was so impressed with my sales agent and her professional manner, this is my second year purchasing, will be back next spring as I'm trying to bring a farm back to its operational days
