I ordered a large tree from the nursery and immediately changed my mind on the variety I wanted after submitting the order. I contacted the nursery through email and my order was promptly changed to my new choice. Order fulfillment and shipping happened within a week, which is great considering we are in a global pandemic. The tree is beautiful and as described as the website. Thanks!

Buy Golden Goddess Bamboo Online at Ty Ty Nursery
Great customer service. Ordered by bamboo plants over the phone and received in a secured package within 2 weeks (Covid-19 timeline).
Received 4/5 stars since the two bamboo plants we ordered were smaller than anticipated and with more yellowing/browning of leaves -- not as healthy as we would like. It came in on a colder week in late March and we had to wait 2-3 days before planting.

Nice trees with a good heavy root stock. Only concern is that of a 6’-7’ purchase size. They were 6’ only.
