Please know we recently purchased our trees. They were packaged well and delivered quickly. I liked that I received several notifications on the delivery process. I knew exactly when the trees would arrive. As for now, the trees and replanted and seem to be doing well. At this time, I do plan to order plants from this nursery in the future.
If I had to complain, I would say the website needed better pictures of some of their products. I did have to research further to see images of the mature growth.

Fig tree arrived in perfect condition, although UPS continues to ingore my instructions to deliver to my back door ( no reflection on tyty). Thanks for the email update on delivery! (Shipping was said to be 7-10 days, got horticultural sand, gardening soil and gravel two days after I ordered, planned to dig the hole on Saturday, 3/4 days before expected delivery, but you folks delivered 4 days after I ordered!) Because you notified me by email the day before actual delivery I was able to dig the hole the day before and plant within hours of arrival. . . Thanks again! Can't wait to see it wake up and grow in the weeks to come. . .
