I wasn’t sure what to expect, but my first purchase from TyTy was great. The communication, the packaging, and the plants themselves were top notch. It won’t be my last purchase.

I ordered the 5-6’ tall tree and it was closer to 6’, the trunk was thick, and the root ball was a good size.

I ordered the 7-8’ tree and it came in at 6’. Customer service said this was because 7-8’ is before they prune it for shipping. Besides that it was very thick and the roots were large.
