I ordered from you online. You had all the products I requested and you immediately sent a confirmation to my email. I was notified of shipping status within a week and had my healthy products in 10 days as promised. Last year I ordered from a well known nursery and none of these things happened, including the healthy plants. You have my business from now on. Thank you!

The tree showed up in perfect condition. Properly pruned and ready for planting. Dug the hole, added tree and shrub soil, planted tree as per TyTy directions. Easy peasy! Waiting for it to bud out. Can't wait for the cherries. Perfect companion for our Stella cherry tree. Thanks once again TyTy.

Two trees were received pruned and packaged nicely. However when removing trees from packaging, I noticed that one tree had no roots. I planted it anyway in hope that it would root itself. The other tree with roots has started to grow nicely with new sprouts appearing almost every day. There is no sign of growth on the other tree. I think i have waited long enough. I am very dissatisfied with the lack of growth on this tree. Please advise whether you will send a replacement tree. Or if I need to reorder. If you need a verification photo of the two trees, let me know and I will be happy to send one.
Thanks

Transplant Mix
Ordered this with our tree to give it the best chance to thrive. Followed the instructions and sprinkled in the whole with the back-fill. Was a very easy thing to do to help the tree off to a good start.

All of the trees you have sent in my past two orders are beautiful. Large healthy stems with excellent potential shaping. You did an excellent job in preparing the trees for shipment and all arrived perfect. I will definitely be ordering more trees from you guys!!1 Thanks, Randy
